Abstract: This correlational study analyzes psychosocial risk factors in the manufacturing industry of the Fresnillo Industrial Zone, Zacatecas, Mexico, focusing on three main dimensions: organization of working time, leadership and labor relations, and organizational environment. The objective is to determine how these dimensions impact the psychosocial well-being of workers, specifically in terms of stress, emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction. A correlational quantitative design was used to collect data from a sample of 357 workers using a structured questionnaire. The analysis was performed using Pearson's correlation coefficient to assess the relationship between the variables. The results revealed significant correlations between work flexibility and psychosocial well-being (r = 0.45), as well as between long hours and increased stress (r = -0.60). Likewise, supportive leadership and collaborative work relationships showed positive correlations with job satisfaction (r = 0.62 and r = 0.60), while a safe organizational environment and workplace well-being policies contributed to reducing stress and emotional exhaustion (r = 0.68). This evidence reinforces the need to implement labor policies that improve time management, leadership, and the work environment to mitigate psychosocial risks in this sector.
