ESTRATEGIAS PARA FOMENTAR LA CULTURA DE PAZ EN LA UNIVERSIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE CAMPECHE
El género abarca todas las esferas de la vida del ser humano desde los primeros
años de educación básica el niño adopta patrones de conducta y cuando llega el
estudiante a una universidad o institución de educación superior, éste viene
imbuido de prejuicios, estereotipos y roles de género que son algo cotidiano en la
Universidad Autónoma de Campeche, quien a través de estrategias enmarcadas
dentro de la cultura de paz, y la transversalización del género permite y fomenta
que los estudiantes cambien su forma de concebir el mundo en relación a
hombres y mujeres a través de los programas de aprendizaje, y la orientación de
los docentes mediante diversas actividades, planeados para desarrollarse en el
ciclo escolar, se requiere de incrementar y fortalecer las estrategias, para alcanzar
la cultura de paz. No se puede olvidar el papel fundamental de la planta docente,
establecer un nuevo modelo del profesorado que cultive y desarrolle esta línea de
educación para la paz con un enfoque definitivamente humanista.

Abstract:
Gender covers all spheres of the life of the human being from the first years of
basic education the child adopts behavior patterns and when the student arrives at
a university or higher education institution, he is imbued with prejudices,
stereotypes and gender roles that are something daily at the Autonomous
University of Campeche, who through strategies framed within the culture of
peace, and gender mainstreaming allows and encourages students to change their
way of conceiving the world in relation to men and women through learning
programs, and the orientation of the teachers through various activities, planned to
be developed in the school year, it is necessary to increase and strengthen the
strategies, to achieve the culture of peace.The fundamental role of the teaching
staff cannot be forgotten, establishing a new model for teachers that cultivates and
develops this line of education for peace with a definitively humanist approach.
