ESTRATÉGIAS EDUCACIONAIS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PROJETOS TERAPÊUTICOS CENTRADOS NA ABORDAGEM MULTIDIMENSIONAL: AVALIAÇÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM.
O Projeto Terapêutico Singular configura uma abordagem assistencial compartilhada por agregar o usuário enquanto protagonista da relação terapêutica e integrada, face ao seu caráter multiprofissional e intersetorial. OBJETIVOS: Desenvolver uma programação educativa voltada à mobilização de competências profissionais necessárias ao planejamento de PTSs; Caracterizar os esquemas de conceitos prévios que ancoram a prática assistencial dos participantes; Acompanhar os resultados da aprendizagem nas diferentes etapas da avaliação formativa e avaliar sob a ótica dos participantes, a programação implementada. MÉTODO: Pesquisa-Ação, Programa de desenvolvimento realizado com onze profissionais de equipe multiprofissional de um hospital geral de Santos em oito encontros no período de Fevereiro a Abril de 2017. A análise dos resultados dos discursos baseou-se na análise de conteúdo de Bardin. RESULTADOS: Transposição dos conteúdos educativos no grupo da pesquisa para uma abordagem prática e articuladora em PTS.; Caracterização de conceitos prévios sobre a prática na estrutura das interações e modelo de assistência, ampliação da consciência situacional sobre essa prática, ampliação do repertório cognitivo no sentido da multidimensionalidade pretendida, fundamentação da progressão e visão longitudinal da aprendizagem; Avaliação do processo ensino aprendizagem predominante com níveis de satisfação elevados e regulares na condução e estratégias de ensino utilizadas com necessidade de reconsideração da programação. CONSIDERAÇÕES: Tendo por base os resultados obtidos é possível, considerar que a tarefa empreendida tornou a aplicação do PTS menos intuitiva e mais fundamentada, justificando o investimento em estratégias de desenvolvimento das práticas multidimensionais e multiprofissionais.

Abstract:
The Singular Therapeutic Project configures a shared care approach by aggregating the user as protagonist of the therapeutic and integrated relationship, given its multiprofessional and intersectoral character. OBJECTIVES: To develop an educational program aimed at the mobilization of professional skills necessary for the planning of PTSs; Characterize the previous concept schemes that anchor the participants' care practice; Follow the learning outcomes in the different stages of formative assessment and evaluate from the participants' perspective the program implemented. METHOD: Action Research, Development program conducted with eleven multidisciplinary professionals of a general hospital in Santos in eight meetings from February to April 2017. The analysis of the discourse results was based on Bardin's content analysis. RESULTS: Transposition of educational content in the research group to a practical and articulating approach in PTS .; Characterization of previous concepts about practice in the structure of interactions and care model, broadening situational awareness about this practice, broadening cognitive repertoire towards the intended multidimensionality, grounding of progression and longitudinal view of learning; Assessment of the teaching process predominant learning with high and regular satisfaction levels in driving and teaching strategies used in need of reconsideration of programming. CONSIDERATIONS: Based on the results obtained, it is possible to consider that the task undertaken made the application of PTS less intuitive and more grounded, justifying the investment in development strategies of multidimensional and multiprofessional practices.
