ESTILO DE LIDERANÇA QUE O ENGENHEIRO DE PRODUÇÃO DEVE POSSUIR NA ÓTICA DOS ENGENHEIROS DE PRODUÇÃO DA FACULDADE PARAÍSO DO CEARÁ
O referido artigo tem como temática
"Estilo de liderança que o engenheiro de
produção deve possuir na ótica dos engenheiros
de produção da Faculdade Paraíso do Ceará".
Tendo como objetivo geral analisar o estilo de
liderança que o engenheiro de produção deve
possuir no âmbito organizacional na visão dos
docentes do curso de engenharia de produção,
e específicos pesquisar e conhecer o conceito
e as características dos lideres, identificar
os tipos de lideres, e descrever qual o estilo
de liderança o engenheiro de produção deve
possuir. No que se refere a metodologia utilizou
a pesquisa descritiva, bibliográfica e de campo,
através de uma abordagem qualitativa onde foi
aplicado um questionário estruturado baseado
em Marras (2016), dividido em duas partes, na
primeira parte contendo 6 perguntas fechadas
sobre o perfil dos respondentes, e na segunda
parte contendo 13 perguntas objetivas sobre
as atitudes do engenheiro de produção. Os
resultados obtidos foram que mais da maioria
são do sexo masculino, possuindo entre 32
e 38 anos, concluíram a graduação há mais
de 10 anos, lecionam no curso há menos de
5 anos e são doutores, é perceptível que são
pessoas com certa maturidade, possuindo alto
grau de instrução. Referente ao restante do
questionário obteve como resposta que o estilo
de liderança que o engenheiro de produção
deve adotar é o democrático em que o líder
estimula a participação dos funcionários na
tomada de decisão, há participação ativa do
líder, divide as tarefas, procura ser um membro
do grupo dando feedback constantes.

Abstract:
This article has as its theme
"Leadership style that the production engineer
must have in the perspective of the production
engineers of the College Paraíso do Ceará".
Having as general objective to analyze the
leadership style that the production engineer
must possess in the organizational scope in the
view of the teachers of the production engineering
course, and specific to research and to know
the concept and characteristics of the leaders,
to identify the types of leaders, and describe
which leadership style the production engineer
should possess. Regarding the methodology,
we used the descriptive, bibliographic and field
research, through a qualitative approach where
a structured questionnaire based on Marras
(2016) was applied, divided into two parts, in the first part containing 6 closed questions
about the profile of the students. respondents, and the second part containing 13
objective questions about the attitudes of the production engineer. The results obtained
were that most of them are male, between 32 and 38 years old, concluded their
graduation more than 10 years ago, have been teaching in the course for less than 5
years and are doctors, it is noticeable that they are people with a certain maturity, having
a high degree of education. Regarding the rest of the questionnaire, it was answered
that the leadership style that the production engineer should adopt is the democratic
one in which the leader encourages employee participation in decision making, there is
active participation of the leader, divides the tasks, seeks to be a group member giving
constant feedback.
