ESQUIZOFRENIA: ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA A SAÚDE AO PACIENTE ESQUIZOFRÊNICO
A esquizofrenia possui vários sintomas envolvendo distúrbios no conteúdo e na forma do pensamento, na percepção, no afeto, no conhecimento sobre si, no comportamento, na motivação e no funcionamento interpessoal. No presente trabalho foi verificado que a mesma é um transtorno mental grave cuja causa não é definida e o seu diagnóstico é realizado com base na presença dos sinais e sintomas e na Classificação Internacional de Doenças (CID). O estudo em questão tem como objetivo central dissertar sobre a assistência de enfermagem no tratamento de pacientes esquizofrênicos no nível de Atenção Primária a Saúde. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão de literatura em que foram selecionadas informações através de bancos de dados como SciELO (Scientific Eletronic Library Online) e Protocolo Clínico e Diretrizes Terapêuticas, sendo consideradas suas relevâncias com relação ao tema proposto. Conclui-se que, é imprescindível a atuação da Enfermagem frente ao cuidado e tratamento do paciente, pois possuem influência direta na qualidade de vida e autonomia do mesmo.

Abstract:
Schizophrenia has several symptoms involving disturbances in the content and form of thought, perception, affect, self-knowledge, behavior, motivation and interpersonal functioning. In the present study, it was verified that it is a serious mental disorder whose cause is not defined and its diagnosis is based on the presence of signs and symptoms and on the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). The main objective of the study in question is to discuss nursing care in the treatment of schizophrenic patients at the level of Primary Health Care. This is a literature review research in which information was selected through databases such as SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) and Clinical Protocol and Therapeutic Guidelines, considering their relevance in relation to the proposed theme. It is concluded that the role of nursing in the care and treatment of patients is essential, as they have a direct influence on their quality of life and autonomy.
