Equipes na Organização Escolar e os Desafios da Inclusão
Este trabalho propõe uma reflexão
à ampliação da busca constante de apoio
no que se refere à inclusão de alunos com
necessidades especiais de aprendizagem na
rede de ensino em todas as suas esferas de
atendimento. Os docentes precisam se adaptar
a esta realidade que já nem é tão nova assim,
mas ainda se mostra sensível e carente de
recursos, agregarem toda a ajuda possível é
com certeza um dos caminhos a se trilhar, em
muitas situações o profissional da educação,
tanto em sala de aula como fora dela, se
depara com situações inesperadas e é nesse
momento que contar com a ajuda dos colegas,
direção e toda a equipe da escola será uma
das maneiras de amenizar essas angústias e
encontrar as melhores soluções para muitos
casos. O trabalho em equipe não somente no
trabalho interdisciplinar do desenvolvimento de
conteúdos, mas também como fortalecimento
de todos os envolvidos, não ter medo nem
vergonha de compartilhar frustrações e pedir
ajuda no encaminhamento de demandas que
muitas vezes não são rotineiras e se mostram
uma verdadeira incógnita em sua resolução,
fortalecer os docentes, buscar apoio de uma rede
externa, junto à família e comunidade escolar,
contar com os órgãos competentes e se deixar
abrir a novas experiências e compartilhar os
desafios na educação especial e inclusiva. Os
alunos incluídos não são somente os laudados
com alguma necessidade especial, mas sim
todos aqueles que necessitam de alguma forma
de atendimento para acompanhar o processo
escolar, emocional e social

Abstract:
This work proposes a reflection
to the enlargement of the constant search of
support in what refers to the students’ inclusion
with special needs of learning in the teaching
net in all their service spheres. The teachers
need to adapt her/it this reality that already nor
it is that new, but it is still shown sensitive and
lacking of resources, they join all the possible
help is with certainty one of the roads the if it
treads, in a lot of situations the professional of
the education, so much in classroom as out of
her, comes across unexpected situations and it
is on that moment that to count with the friends’
help, direction and the whole team of the school
will be one in the ways of to soften those anguish
and to find the best solutions for many cases. The work in team not only in the interdisciplinary work of the development of contents,
but also as invigoration of all involved them, not to have fear nor shame of to share
frustrations and to ask help in the direction of demands that a lot of times are not routine
and they are shown a true unknown in his/her resolution, to strengthen the teachers, to
look for support of an external net, close to the family and school community, to count
with the competent organs and if he/she lets to open to new experiences and to share
the challenges in the special and inclusive education. The included students are not
only the report with some special need, but all those that need some service form to
accompany the process school, emotional.
