ENVERDECER OS BAIRROS DE INTERESSE SOCIAL COMO ALTERNATIVA SUSTENTÁVEL / ENVERDING THE DISTRICTS OF SOCIAL INTEREST AS A SUSTAINABLE ALTERNATIVE
O presente estudo parte de uma
perspectiva humanista e ecossocioambientalista,
tendo como objetivo principal a produção de
alimentos em pequenos espaços urbanos,
como elemento fundamental a manutenção
da qualidade de vida e promoção de saúde; o
plantio de alimentos também pode promover
a construção de saberes culturais de modo
didático, mediante sua relevância e grau de
significação para a comunidade como facilitador
de integração social das pessoas. Promovendo
a integração com o meio e oferecer respostas
alternativas as necessidades de subsistência
dos grupos humanos, vínculos e possibilidade
de complementar renda familiar. Os dados
são pertinente a um estudo de caso, onde
uma família composta por mãe e sete filhos,
residentes em um bairro de interesse social
em Anápolis, enfatiza a prática do plantio em
pequenos espaços e pretende levar esse
saber de modo didático a outros grupos de
sua comunidade. A metodologia empregada
foi levantamento bibliográfico, visita ao campo,
registro de imagens e registro da fala da
participante. A proposta do plantio da horta
urbana e sua aplicação na educação ambiental
foi inserida no contexto construtivista da teoria
da aprendizagem significativa, de Ausumbel
(1918-2008), descrito por Moreira (1999), que
envolve disposição para aprender e material
didático disponível, que deve ser significativo
para o humano. O processo de execução
foi simplificado em 10 etapas de ações
relativamente simples e tem potencialidade de
execução, bem como inspirar ações alternativas
para questões sociais no âmbito mundial. Os
resultados apresentados são relativos a 6ª
etapa prática em andamento, de um modelo
ainda em exercício.

Abstract:
The present study is based on
a humanistic and ecossocioenvironmental
perspective, with the main objective being the production of food in small urban spaces,
as a fundamental element the maintenance of quality of life and health promotion; the
planting of food can also promote the construction of cultural knowledge in a didactic
way, through its relevance and degree of significance to the community as a facilitator
of social integration of people. Promoting integration with the environment and offering
alternative answers to the subsistence needs of human groups, links and the possibility
of supplementing family income. The data are pertinent to a case study, where a family
composed of mother and seven children, living in a neighborhood of social interest in
Anápolis, emphasizes the practice of planting in small spaces and intends to take this
knowledge in didactic way to other groups of your community. The methodology used
was a bibliographical survey, field visit, record of images and record of the participant’s
speech. The proposal of planting of the urban garden and its application in environmental
education was inserted in the constructivist context of Ausumbel’s theory of meaningful
learning (1918-2008), described by Moreira (1999), which involves disposition to
learn and available didactic material, which must be meaningful to the human. The
implementation process has been simplified into 10 steps of relatively simple actions
and has execution potential as well as inspire alternative actions for social issues at
the global level. The results presented are related to the 6th practical step in progress,
of a model still in use.
