Este trabalho analisa a obra As Meninas, de Lygia Fagundes Telles, com foco nos discursos de resistência que emergem das vozes femininas em um contexto marcado pelo regime autoritário. A fundamentação teórica apoia-se na Análise do Discurso de linha francesa, com especial atenção à produção de sentidos e à construção do ethos discursivo das personagens, considerando as relações de poder, silêncio e subversão às quais estão submetidas. A metodologia adotada é qualitativa e interpretativa, centrada na análise dos discursos das personagens Ana Clara, Lia e Lorena, buscando identificar de que modo constroem sentidos que tensionam e confrontam normas sociais, políticas e de gênero. Os resultados apontam que, entre o silenciamento imposto e os gestos subversivos da linguagem, as personagens mobilizam estratégias discursivas de enfrentamento e ruptura, contribuindo para a desestabilização de discursos hegemônicos.

  • Abstract: This article analyzes Lygia Fagundes Telles's book, As Meninas, focusing on the discourses of resistance that emerge from female voices in a context marked by an authoritarian regime. The theoretical framework is based on Discourse Analysis, with particular attention to the production of meaning and the construction of the discursive ethos of the characters, considering the power relations, silence, and subversion to which they are subjected. The methodology adopted is qualitative and interpretative, centered on the analysis of the discourses of the characters Ana Clara, Lia, and Lorena, identifying how they construct meanings that challenge and confront social, political, and gender norms. The results indicate that, between the imposed silencing and the subversive gestures of language, the characters mobilize discursive strategies of confrontation and rupture, contributing to the destabilization of hegemonic discourses.
