ENSINO DA SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM EM CURSOS DE ENSINO TÉCNICO DE ENFERMAGEM
A Sistematização da Assistência
de Enfermagem (SAE) é uma metodologia
científica, com influência na prática assistencial,
possibilitando a operacionalização do Processo
de Enfermagem. Segundo a legislação vigente,
cabe ao Técnico de Enfermagem, a participação
na execução do mesmo, sob a supervisão
do enfermeiro. Daí a importância do ensino
desta metodologia, no contexto da educação
profissional de enfermagem. Objetivou-se
com este estudo investigar o conhecimento de
alunos e professores sobre o ensino da SAE
em escolas técnicas de enfermagem. Tratase
de um estudo descritivo, transversal, de
caráter quantitativo, realizado em três escolas
de curso técnico de enfermagem em São
Luís do Maranhão, no período de novembro a
dezembro de 2016. Participaram do estudo 81
sujeitos entre professores e alunos, respeitando
a resolução 466/2012 do CNS. Os dados foram
organizados no EXCEL® e analisados no
Programa Epi Info. Observou-se que 60,26%
dos alunos compreendem o termo SAE; 57,69%
relataram que é fundamental a implementação
da SAE para a qualidade da assistência; 62,82%
desconhecem a SAE; 64,10% compreendem
que o técnico de enfermagem participa da
execução; 73,08% consideram importante
o ensino da SAE; os alunos (88,46%) e os
professores (66,67%) responderam não haver
metodologia e estratégia para desenvolver o
ensino da SAE. Percebe-se que embora haja
conhecimento sobre a metodologia e considerem
importante seu ensino, este é geral e superficial,
sendo necessário a reflexão sobre o ensino e
as tecnologias envolvidas para o aprendizado
e o desenvolvimento do profissional enquanto
participante das atividades desenvolvidas na
SAE.

Abstract:
The Systematization of Nursing Assistance (SAE) is a scientific methodology,
with influence in the assistance practice, making possible the operationalization of the
Nursing Process. According to current legislation, it is up to the Nursing Technician to
participate in the execution of the same, under the supervision of the nurse. Hence
the importance of teaching this methodology, in the context of professional nursing
education. The objective of this study was to investigate the knowledge of students and
teachers about SAE teaching in technical nursing schools. This is a descriptive, crosssectional,
quantitative study conducted in three nursing technical schools in São Luís
do Maranhão, from November to December 2016. Participants included 81 subjects
between teachers and students, respecting the resolution 466/2012 of the CNS. The
data were organized in EXCEL® and analyzed in the Epi Info Program. It was observed
that 60.26% of the students understood the term SAE; 57.69% reported that the
implementation of SAE for the quality of care is essential; 62.82% are unaware of SAE;
64.10% understand that the nursing technician participates in the execution; 73.08%
consider SAE teaching important; the students (88.46%) and the teachers (66.67%)
answered that there was no methodology and strategy to develop the SAE teaching.
It is noticed that although there is knowledge about the methodology and consider
important its teaching, it is general and superficial, being necessary the reflection on
the teaching and the technologies involved for the learning and the development of the
professional as participant of the activities developed in the SAE.
