ENQUADRAMENTO DO CRIME DE CORRUPÇÃO NO ROL DOS CRIMES HEDIONDOS
O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar as literaturas abrangendo o crime de corrupção e seu enquadramento no rol de crimes hediondos. Isso porque a corrupção tem abalado estruturas bases da sociedade brasileira, pois são verbas que deveriam ser destinadas ao favorecimento dos serviços públicos. Para tanto, utilizou da metodologia de revisão bibliográfica, através de artigos publicados. Diante desse cenário, o enquadramento pode inibir a prática dos infratores, concedendo mais segurança a sociedade e diminuindo o descrédito perante esse crime.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the literature covering the crime of corruption and its framing in the list of heinous crimes. This is because corruption has shaken the basic structures of Brazilian society, as they are funds that should be destined to favor public services. For that, it used the methodology of bibliographic review, through published articles. Given this scenario, the framework can inhibit the practice of offenders, providing more security to society and reducing discredit in the face of this crime.
