ENFRENTAMENTO DE MULHERES QUE VIVEM COM HIV/AIDS: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Objetivo: Identificar as dificuldades e estratégias de enfrentamento adotadas por mulheres que vivem com HIV/AIDS relatados na literatura. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. Para seleção dos artigos foram utilizados os descritores: Enfrentamento, mulheres, HIV e Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida com uso do operador booleano “AND” nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE e BDENF. Resultados: Foram selecionados para análise 10 artigos, destes após leitura na íntegra foi delineado dois eixos temáticos para discussão onde se buscou identificar no eixo 1: O enfrentamento apresentado por mulheres vivendo com HIV/Aids e no eixo 2: As dificuldades vivenciadas por mulheres soropositivas. Os estudos mostram que o apoio conjugal e familiar é de grande relevância para um bom enfrentamento dessas mulheres à infecção, porém ainda se têm situações onde a falta de conhecimento sobre a doença dificulta o acolhimento desse grupo pelos seus familiares. A inserção no mercado de trabalho, a busca pela fé, inserção em grupos religiosos e a espiritualidade também é relatado pelas mulheres como formas de enfrentar a infecção.

Abstract:
Objective: To identify the difficulties and coping strategies adopted by women living with HIV / AIDS reported in the literature. Methodology: This is an integrative review of the literature. For the selection of articles, the following descriptors were used: Confrontation, women, HIV and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome using the Boolean operator "AND" in the LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF databases. Results: Ten articles were selected for analysis, after reading in full, two thematic axes for discussion were identified, which were identified in axis 1: The confrontation presented by women living with HIV / AIDS and axis 2: The difficulties experienced by HIV positive women . Studies show that marital and family support is of great relevance for a good coping of these women to infection, but there are still situations where the lack of knowledge about the disease makes it difficult for the family to host this group. The insertion in the labor market, the search for faith, insertion in religious groups and spirituality is also reported by women as ways of facing the infection.
