ENFERMAGEM EM AÇÃO NA PREVENÇÃO DO BULLYING NA ESCOLA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
INTRODUÇÃO: De origem inglesa, a palavra bullying corresponde a um conjunto de atitudes de violência física e/ou psicológica que ocorrem nas instituições de ensino. É um tipo de agressão intencional, que ridiculariza, humilha e intimida suas vítimas. Discriminados, as vítimas sofrem caladas frente ao comportamento de seus ofensores. METODOLOGIA: A atividade foi realizada em uma Escola Municipal da Cidade de Timon – MA (Brasil) dia 29 de novembro de 2016. O grupo de intervenção foi composto por alunos do curso de bacharelado em Enfermagem do Instituto de Ensino Superior Múltiplo-IESM, supervisionados pela professora Ms. Maria Nauside Pessoa da Silva. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Primeiro formou-se um grande círculo, iniciou-se com questionamentos aos alunos se eles sabiam o que era bullying, em seguida realizou-se uma explanação sobre a real definição do termo, esclarecendo que que se trata de agressões verbais e não verbais que afetam de maneira direta e indireta a vida de cada alvo dessas ―brincadeiras ―sendo elas agressões com palavras, exclusões do meio social do ambiente escolar, sem motivo presente. CONCLUSÃO: No contexto a realização da ação foi considerada relevante, visto que envolveu toda a sala de aula, os quais tiveram oportunidades de saber o verdadeiro sentido do bullying.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: English in English, the word bullying corresponds to a set of attitudes of physical and / or psychological violence that occur in educational institutions. It is a type of intentional aggression that ridicules, humiliates and intimidates its threats. Discriminated as silent victims of the behavior of their offenders. METHODOLOGY: The activity was held at a municipal school in the city of Timon - MA (Brazil) on November 29, 2016. The intervention group consisted of students from the Bachelor of Nursing course of the Institute of Multiple Higher Education-IESM, supervised by teacher Maria Nauside Pessoa da Silva. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: First a large circle was formed, started with questions for students who knew what bullying was, then an explanation of a real definition of the term, clarified that it deals with verbal aggression. and nonverbal ones that affect the direct and indirect way in the life of each target of these "jokes" - subjecting these aggressions with words, exclusion from the social environment of the school environment, for no present reason. CONCLUSION: No context in which the action was considered relevant, as it involves the whole classroom, what are the opportunities to know or the true meaning of bullying.
