ENCONTROS SÍNCRONOS NA EAD: PANORAMA DISCENTE SOBRE O USO DA WEBCONFERÊNCIA
O desenvolvimento de projetos
educacionais na modalidade a distância (EaD)
vem se fortalecendo por meio da utilização de
recursos tecnológicos comunicacionais que
potencializam a construção de conhecimentos
de forma colaborativa. Diante desse, se torna
importante a realização de pesquisas práticas
que apontem a efetividade do uso desses
recursos. Essa pesquisa se propõe, portanto,
a estudar o uso da webconferência em
formações EaD. Apresenta os resultados de um
questionário aplicado a estudantes de um curso
de especialização, via plataforma Moodle,
por meio da ferramenta enquete, em tempo
real com os estudantes estavam presentes
no momento do encontro síncrono. Os dados
coletados apresentam uma percepção positiva
dos cursistas relativos a diversos aspectos,
dentre eles a importância da ferramenta, o
tempo de duração, a participação, a frequência
e o tipo de conteúdo. Essa pesquisa pode
orientar aplicações futuras e investigações mais
aprofundadas acerca do uso da webconferência.

Abstract:
The development of projects
in the distance education (DE) has been
strengthened through the use of technological
communication resources that potentialize the
construction of knowledge in a collaborative way.
Given this, it is important to carry out practical
research that indicates the effectiveness of
the use of these resources. Therefore, this
research proposes to study the use of web
conferencing in DE formations. It presents the
results of a questionnaire applied to students
of a specialization course, via Moodle platform,
through the poll tool, in real time with the students
were present at the time of the synchronous
meeting. The data collected present a positive
perception of the students regarding several
aspects, among them the importance of the
tool, duration, participation, frequency and
type of content. This research can guide future
applications and further research into the use of
web conferencing.
