ELABORAÇÃO DE UMA CARTILHA EDUCATIVA SOBRE O USO DA VENTILAÇÃO NÃO INVASIVA
O objetivo deste estudo foi construir uma cartilha educativa voltada para profissionais da equipe multidisciplinar, familiares e pacientes internados na Unidade de Cuidados Especiais do Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo metodológico, por meio de uma busca por conveniência, do tipo de desenvolvimento das produções científicas relacionadas à temática e análise reflexiva do material. Depois, foram elaborados os textos que compuseram a cartilha. O material construído foi intitulado: “Cartilha sobre o uso da ventilação não invasiva”, contendo 14 seções: “Apresentação”, “O que é ventilação não invasiva”, “Indicações para o uso da VNI”, “Quem instala a VNI”, “O que a enfermagem precisa saber sobre a VNI”, “Os benefícios da VNI”, “Contraindicações do uso da VNI”, “As máscaras mais usuais aos pacientes com VNI”, “Cuidados pré-execução da instalação”, “Cuidados na execução”, “Cuidados para manutenção dos equipamentos”, “Cuidados na troca de circuito, filtros e umidificadores” e “Referências”. A fonte utilizada foi Times New Roman, tamanho 16 para títulos e 14 para corpo do texto. As imagens utilizadas foram coletadas do Google e Pixabay. Foram criadas também figuras exclusivas para permitir uma maior interação do leitor com o texto. Concluiu-se que a construção da cartilha se mostra relevante para a orientação de pacientes em uso de VNI, profissionais da equipe multidisciplinar para o cuidado e instalação de ventilação não invasiva em pacientes que necessitam desse suporte ventilatório, destacando o papel do enfermeiro enquanto educador em saúde sobre a utilização de tecnologias educativas.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to build an educational booklet aimed at professionals from the multidisciplinary team, family members and patients admitted to the Special Care Unit of the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. Therefore, a methodological study of the type of development was carried out, through a search for convenience, of scientific productions related to the theme and reflective analysis of the material. Afterwards, the texts that made up the booklet were elaborated. The material constructed was titled: “Booklet on the Use of Non-Invasive Ventilation”, containing fourteen sections: “Introduction”, “What is Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)”, “Indications for the use of NIV”, “Who installs the NIV”, “What nurses need to know about NIV”, “The benefits of NIV”, “Against the use of NIV”, “The most common masks for patients with NIV”, “Pre-installation precautions”, “Care in Execution”, “Care for equipment maintenance”, “Care when changing circuits, filters and humidifiers” and “References”. The font used was Times New Roman, size 16 for titles and 14 for body text. The images used were collected from Google and Pixabay. Exclusive figures were also created to allow greater interaction between the reader and the text. It was concluded that the construction of the booklet is relevant for the guidance of patients using NIV, professionals of the multidisciplinary team for the care and installation of Non-Invasive Ventilation in patients who need this ventilatory support, and the role of the nurse is highlighted. as a health educator on the use of educational technologies.
