Abstract: This study analyzes the role of strategic management as a catalyst for knowledge and human capital management in an accounting consulting firm in southeastern Mexico. Through a qualitative, descriptive, and case study approach, the strategic, learning, and talent development practices that contribute to organizational competitiveness were identified. The results show that, although the company has formal planning processes and ongoing training programs, it still faces challenges in institutionalizing knowledge management mechanisms and strengthening a learning-based organizational culture. It is concluded that the integration of strategy, knowledge, and human talent is key to generating innovation, sustainability, and competitive advantage in professional services organizations.
