EL DESARROLLO DE LA COMPETENCIA DIDÁCTICA EN LOS PROFESORES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR
La didáctica formula los principios y reglas que orientan el trabajo del docente para la dirección del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, el trabajo docente no es posible sin una didáctica estructurada, sobre todo vigente a las necesidades y realidades del contexto educativo. No solo la pandemia de Covid 19 ha delimitado la necesidad de innovar, desarrollar estrategias didácticas para la enseñanza, se trata de una revolución generacional en la que los jóvenes y adultos exigen al docente de Educación Superior un cambio de rol destacando una formación continua y contar con las posibilidades de innovar y mejorar en la tarea docente desarrollada hasta ahora. Mediante una revisión bibliográfica cualitativa, se integran conclusiones y recomendaciones con objetivo de encausar el desarrollo de las competencias didácticas actuales del docente de la educación superior, tales como caracterizar el estado de su preparación didáctica en el contexto actual de desarrollo de las ciencias de la educación y las nuevas tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones aplicables al campo educativo, seleccionar los recursos didácticos adecuados para la solución de problemas en el contexto contemporáneo. Se realizó un estudio con 32 docentes pertenecientes a las facultades de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales, Agroforestal, Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas, Ingeniería y Ciencias Técnicas, así como en la educación de postgrado en la Universidad de Guantánamo, Cuba, demostrándose que aún se utiliza una didáctica tradicional combinada con métodos reproductivos y lejos de la posibilidad de explotar todas las posibilidades didácticas que tienen las nuevas tecnologías. Concluyendo así en la importancia que los docentes de educación superior concienticen la necesidad de la autopreparación sistemática y continua para que integren propuestas didácticas existentes y aquellas que en momentos determinados surjan, como resultado de un modelo educativo actualizado y necesario, que guarde plena correspondencia con los ideales y aspiraciones sociales y curriculares.

Abstract:
The didactics formulates the principles and rules that guide the work of the educational one for the address of the teaching-learning process, the educational work it is not possible without a structured didactics, mainly effective to the necessities and realities of the educational context. Not alone the pandemic of Covid 19 have defined the necessity to innovate, to develop didactic strategies for the teaching, it is a revolution generational in the one that the youths and adults demand to the educational of Superior Education a list change highlighting a continuous formation and to have the possibilities of to innovate and to improve in the educational task developed up to now. By means of a qualitative bibliographical revision, they are integrated conclusions and recommendations with objective of prosecuting the development of the current didactic competitions of the educational one of the superior education, such as characterizing the state of their didactic preparation in the current context of development of the sciences of the education and the new technologies of the information and the applicable communications to the educational field, to select the appropriate didactic resources for the solution of problems in the contemporary context. He/she was carried out a study with 32 educational belonging to the abilities of Economic and Managerial Sciences, Agroforest, Social and Humanistic Sciences, Engineering and Technical Sciences, as well as in the graduate degree education in the University of Guantánamo, Cuba, being demonstrated that a traditional didactics is still used combined with reproductive methods and far from the possibility of all the didactic possibilities that have the new technologies exploding. Concluding this way in the importance that the educational of superior education inform the necessity of the systematic and continuous auto preparation so that they integrate existent didactic proposals and those that arise in certain moments, because of an up-to-date and necessary educational model that keeps full correspondence with the ideals and social and curricular aspirations.
