EFEITOS DO USO DE TERAPIA NUTRICIONAL IMUNOMODULADORA NO PÓS-OPERATÓRIO DE PACIENTES PORTADORES DE CÂNCER NO TRATO GASTROINTESTINAL
O artigo intulado de "Efeitos do uso de Terapia Nutricional Imunomoduladora no pós-operatório de pacientes portatores de câncer gastroinstestinal", trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de artigos publicados entres os anos de 2010 a 2019. Com objetivo de avaliar o papel da terapia nutricional imunomoduladora no pós-operatório de pacientes com câncer gastrointestina, em especial da glutamina, arginina e ácidos graxos poli-insaturados ômega 3. Os resultados encontrados mostram que a suplementação de nutrientes imunomoduladores em pacientes portatores de câncer gastrointestinal promove efeitos benéficos, atráves da redução das citonas pró-inflamatórias, e melhora da resposta imunólogica, contribuindo para qualidade do estado nutricional e do prognóstico desses pacientes.

Abstract:
The article entitled "Effects of the use of Immunomodulatory Nutrition Therapy in the postoperative period of patients with gastroinstestinal tract cancer", is an integrative review of articles published between the years 2010 to 2019. In order to assess the role of therapy immunomodulatory nutritional value in the postoperative period of patients with gastrointestine cancer, especially glutamine, arginine and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The results found show that supplementation of immunomodulatory nutrients in patients with gastrointestinal cancer promotes beneficial effects, through reduction proinflammatory cytokines, and improvement of the immunological response, contributing to the quality of the nutritional status and prognosis of these patients.
