EFEITOS DAS INTERVENÇÕES FISIOTERAPÊUTICAS NA DOENÇA PULMONAR OBSTRUTIVA CRÔNICA (DPOC) ENFISEMÁTICA: REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
Objetivo: Analisar os efeitos de diferentes intervenções fisioterapêuticas no DPOC enfisematoso. Metodologia: Revisão da literatura nas bases de dados científicos: SciELO e MedLine/PubMed. Foram utilizados os seguintes descritores em português: Doença Pulmonar, Enfisema, Fisioterapia, bem como seus correspondentes na língua inglesa. A busca se limitou a artigos publicados entre 2009 e 2019. Resultados: Foram encontrados um total de 297 artigos, dos quais, 16 foram selecionados após a leitura do título, os demais excluídos por não tratarem do tema proposto. Incluímos 3 artigos que não preenchiam os critérios supracitados, mas eram de relevância importante para revisão. Estudos repetidos foram manualmente retirados. Os estudos inclusos nesta revisão abordaram diferentes propostas de intervenções fisioterapêuticas no DPOC. Todos os artigos foram publicados na língua portuguesa e inglesa. Conclusão: Esta revisão mostrou que os benefícios das diferentes intervenções fisioterapêuticas em pacientes com DPOC enfisematosos publicados foram alcançados, independentemente do tipo de instrumento utilizado.

Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the effects of different physical therapy interventions on emphysematous COPD. Methodology: Literature review in the scientific databases: SciELO and MedLine / PubMed. The following descriptors were used in Portuguese: Pulmonary Disease, Emphysema, Physiotherapy, as well as their English correspondents. The search was limited to articles published between 2009 and 2019. Results: A total of 297 articles were found, of which 16 were selected after reading the title, the others excluded because they did not address the proposed theme. We included 3 articles that did not meet the above criteria but were of important relevance for review. Repeated studies were manually withdrawn. The studies included in this review addressed different proposals for physical therapy interventions in COPD. All articles were published in Portuguese and English. Conclusion: This review showed that the benefits of different physical therapy interventions in published emphysematous COPD patients were achieved, regardless of the type of instrument used.
