EFECTOS DE LA PANDEMIA POR EL COVID-19 EN LA INNOVACIÓN EDUCATIVA Y LA PERCEPCIÓN DE LOS ESTUDIANTES EN LA UNIVERSIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE CHIHUAHUA
El propósito de esta investigación fue determinar la percepción de los estudiantes; como también la innovación educativa en la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua durante el primer año de la pandemia. El instrumento se válido con el parámetro de alfa de Cronbach de 0.72, generando más de 19,864 reactivos a analizar. Se ofertaron más de 12,000 cursos a través de la plataforma de Moodle, apoyándose de otras plataformas como Google Meet y ZOOM. Se estima que en menos de 6 meses la institución avanzo en el uso de las Tecnologías de la información y comunicación lo equivalente a 5 años con la necesidad de que más de 2,900 docentes pudieran utilizar las plataformas y servidores para impartir sus clases. El 79 % de los estudiantes confirmaron que el principal problema fueron las fallas de internet, un 55 % falta de un lugar adecuado para tomar sus clases y un 26 % tener que cuidar a hermanos menores o a familiares enfermos. El 60 % citaron que pasaron entre 5 a 10 horas diarias frente a la computadora para sus clases. El 85 % de los estudiantes calificaron entre bueno y excelente los recursos e innovación de los profesores durante la pandemia.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to determine the perception of the students; as well as educational innovation at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua during the first year of the pandemic. The instrument was valid with the Cronbach's alpha parameter of 0.72, generating more than 19,864 items to be analyzed. More than 12,000 courses were offered through the Moodle platform, supported by other platforms such as Google Meet and ZOOM. It is estimated that in less than 6 months the institution advanced in the use of information and communication technologies the equivalent of 5 years with the need for more than 2,900 teachers to be able to use the platforms and servers to teach their classes. 79% of the students confirmed that the main problem was internet failures, 55% lack of a suitable place to take their classes and 26% having to take care of younger siblings or sick relatives. 60% cited that they spent between 5 to 10 hours a day in front of the computer for their classes. 85% of students rated teachers' resources and innovation good to excellent during the pandemic.
