EDUCACIÓN CONTINUA, COMO ALTERNATIVA PARA AMPLIAR LA OFERTA EDUCATIVA EN EL INSTITUTO TECNOLÓGICO SUPERIOR DE TEPEXI DE RODRÍGUEZ
La educación continua, es una alternativa que la población tiene hoy en día para alcanzar objetivos de desarrollo profesional; así como, una forma de sustentar la práctica en su ámbito laboral, pues las condiciones en las que se encuentran la mayoría de los profesionales egresados de un nivel superior quizá no sea la ideal para conseguir o mantenerse en un puesto laboral, ya que carecen de aplicación técnica. El Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Tepexi de Rodríguez, es una institución que brinda educación superior a una población diversa de la Mixteca Poblana, como área de oportunidad la institución puede aprovechar el uso de su infraestructura y no limitarla, esta es una opción para ampliar su oferta académica mediante la Educación Continua, por lo que se tomó como referencia un estudio aplicado a egresados de las diferentes carreras que oferta esta institución dicho estudio tiene como finalidad determinar la factibilidad o pertinencia de ofertar educación continua en la institución y cuáles serían las posibles áreas de especialización profesional que requieren o demandan los egresados, ya que esto permitirá ampliar su catálogo de servicios educativos que actualmente ofrece, una vez conociendo la pertinencia del estudio es importante que la institución le dé seguimiento, realizando todas las gestiones que se requieren para los trámites administrativos y legales necesarios ante las instancias correspondientes.

Abstract:
The Continuing education is an alternative that the population has today to achieve their professional development objectives, as well as a way to support the practice in their work environment, because the conditions in which most of the professionals graduated from a higher level may not be the ideal to get or stay in a job, since they lack of technical application. The “Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Tepexi de Rodríguez” is an institution that provides higher education to a diverse population of the Mixteca Poblana, as an area of opportunity, the institution can take advantage of the use of its infrastructure and not limit it, this is an option to expand its academic offerings through Continuing Education, therefore, a study applied to graduates of the different degrees offered by this institution was taken as a reference. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility or relevance of offering continuing education in the institution and what would be the possible areas of professional specialization required or demanded by the graduates, since this will allow expanding its catalog of educational services currently offered, once the relevance of the study is known, it is important that the institution follows it up, making all the arrangements required for the necessary administrative and legal procedures before the corresponding authorities.
