EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E EMANCIPAÇÃO: DESAFIOS E POSSIBILIDADES PARA O GESTOR ESCOLAR
No presente artigo aborda-se a questão da educação na perspectiva
emancipadora, destacando a importância do papel do gestor escolar na construção
de uma educação profissional que contribua para uma educação que lute contra a
alienação imposta pelos ditames do capitalismo. A partir de uma pesquisa
bibliográfica, tendo como base os estudos de Marx na perspectiva da formação do
homem omnilateral, não coisificado, e sim completo, multilateral em todos os
sentidos. Apresentamos como as reformas educacionais impactaram nos rumos da
educação, organizando a gestão das escolas sob os moldes da perspectiva gerencial.
A formação do aluno trabalhador passou a estar direcionada a atender as demandas
do capital, ou seja, a preparação de força de trabalho qualificada para um mercado
cada vez mais exigente e excludente. Conclui-se, enfatizando a necessidade de
pensarmos outra educação, que esteja preocupada com a formação de um homem
livre, político, histórico e construtor da sua realidade.

Abstract:
In the present article, the issue of education in the emancipatory
perspective is addressed, emphasizing the importance of the role of the school
manager in the construction of a professional education that contributes to an
education that fight against the alienation imposed by the dictates of capitalism.
From a literature search, based on Marx's studies in view of the formation of
omnilateral man not reified, but, complete, multilateral in every way. We showed how
educational reforms was impacting in the course of education, organizing the
management of schools under the molds of the managerial perspective. The
formation of the worker student came to be targeted to meet the demands of the
capital, ie, the preparation of workforce to a market increasingly demanding and
exclusionary. It concludes by emphasizing the need to we think of another education,
that is concerned with the formation of a free man, political, historical and builder of
your reality.
