EDUCAÇÃO POPULAR EM SAÚDE UTILIZANDO HISTÓRIA EM QUADRINHOS: CUIDADOS COM O PÉ DIABÉTICO
Educação Popular em Saúde (EPS) são ações pensadas a partir da realidade social do sujeito ou coletividade. O desenvolvimento de instrução, conhecimento, aprendizagem e prática podem ocorrer por diversas tecnologias, como as histórias em quadrinhos (HQs) que podem ser atrativas para pessoas com DM e ou com pé diabético, na população mais vulnerável socialmente, favorecendo ações de autocuidado e prevenção de complicações. Objetivou-se descrever o processo de construção de uma tecnologia educativa no formato de história em quadrinhos para pessoas em situação de rua sobre cuidados com o pé diabético. Trata-se uma pesquisa metodológica do tipo desenvolvimento, com destaque para a etapa de construção da HQ, com conteúdo informativo-educativo de linguagem visual-verbal. Para construção da tecnologia educativa utilizou-se os recursos da homepage: https://www.pixton.com/br/. A concepção da História em Quadrinhos foi precedida de embasamento científico sobre a temática. Na elaboração do conteúdo tomou-se todo o cuidado de usar signos e imagens que atraiam a atenção do leitor. A construção da tecnologia “Cuidando dos Pés de Moradores em Situação de Rua”, permitiu vislumbrar as necessidades das pessoas em situação de alta vulnerabilidade social sobre práticas de autocuidado. Ademais, crê-se que essa tecnologia possa ser validada e posteriormente utilizada como material de apoio e que fomente vínculos com a população em situação de rua com pé diabético.

Abstract:
Popular Health Education are actions designed based on the social reality of the subject or collectivity. The development of instruction, knowledge, learning and practice can occur through several technologies, such as Graphic Novel that can be attractive to people with DM and or with diabetic foot, in the most socially vulnerable population, favoring self-care and prevention actions complications. The objective was to describe the process of building an educational technology in the form of a comic strip for people on the street about caring for the diabetic foot. This is a methodological research of the development type, with emphasis on the construction phase of the Graphic Novel, with informative-educational content of visual-verbal language. To build the educational technology, the resources on the homepage were used: https://www.pixton.com/br/. The conception of Graphic Novel was preceded by a scientific basis on the theme. When preparing the content, care was taken to use signs and images that attract the reader's attention. The construction of the technology “Caring for the Feet of Residents in Street Situation”, allowed to glimpse the needs of people in situations of high social vulnerability regarding self-care practices. In addition, it is believed that this technology can be validated and later used as support material and that it fosters links with the homeless population with diabetic foot.
