EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE: PERSPECTIVAS DA ENFERMAGEM DE ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA SEGUNDO A FENOMENOLOGIA DE SCHUTZ
Objetivo: Compreender a perspectiva da equipe de enfermagem acerca da educação permanente no exercício de suas funções laborais. Metodologia: Pesquisa qualitativa descritiva, com caráter sociológico fenomenológico. Realizada no norte do Espírito Santo em dezoito unidades da atenção primária, com enfermeiros e técnicos de enfermagem no período de 2017/2 a 2018/2, aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética sob CAEE 78752417.9.0000.5063. Resultados: Emergiram três categorias segundo a perspectiva fenomenológica de Alfred Schultz: Conhecer a educação permanente em saúde e aplicar na execução do cuidado; Significado da educação permanente na atividade de cuidar e Projetar melhorias no cuidado de enfermagem através da educação permanente. Conclusão: Foi possível identificar a importância da educação permanente, juntamente com suas dificuldades na implantação da política de educação permanente em saúde, devido a grande demanda de atendimento nas unidades, percebe-se que os profissionais desejam obter atualização das praticas visando a qualificação nos conhecimentos e aperfeiçoamento das técnicas cotidianas para atender melhor a população.

Abstract:
Objective: To understand the perspective of the nursing team about continuing education in the exercise of their labor functions. Methodology: Descriptive qualitative research, with a phenomenological sociological character. Carried out in the north of Espírito Santo in eighteen primary care units, with nurses and nursing technicians from 2017/2 to 2018/2, approved by the Ethics Committee under CAEE 78752417.9.0000.5063. Results: Three categories emerged according to Alfred Schultz's phenomenological perspective: Knowing permanent health education and applying it in the execution of care; Meaning of continuing education in the activity of caring and Projecting improvements in nursing care through continuing education. Conclusion: It was possible to identify the importance of continuing education, along with its difficulties in implementing the policy of continuing education in health, due to the great demand for care in the units, it is clear that professionals want to update practices aimed at qualifying knowledge and improvement of daily techniques to better serve the population.
