EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA: Sala de Recursos Multifuncionais e seu papel na Educação Inclusiva
Este artigo busca apresentar os desafios relacionado à educação especial na perspectiva da educação inclusiva, verificando como a inclusão está ocorrendo no cotidiano escolar. Com ênfase na pesquisa em Sala de Recursos Multifuncional, que representa um grande desafio para as escolas de ensino regular. Na realização deste artigo foi necessário realizar um levantamento e estudos das leis que garantem Atendimento Educacional Especializado aos alunos de AEE. O principal objetivo desta pesquisa é investigar de que forma a sala de recursos multifuncionais auxilia no processo de inclusão dos alunos, partindo das minhas observações e práticas em escolas onde trabalho, onde percebi que educar é bem mais que transferir informações, ainda mais quando falamos em recursos para alunos especiais. Um dos grandes objetivos da educação inclusiva é possibilitar ao indivíduo um convívio adequado além de somente trocar informações levando em consideração as limitações de cada educando.
Um fundamental assunto no espaço escolar é a inclusão dos alunos no ensino regular, passando a ser uma das principais discussões na área da educação. Os direitos à educação dos alunos especiais na maioria das vezes não estão sendo respeitados, pois além de encontrarem dificuldades de interação com os outros colegas e pessoas que frequentam a escola regular, ainda não contam com salas de recursos multifuncionais e professores qualificados no auxilio da aprendizagem, comprometendo assim o seu desenvolvimento.

Abstract:
This article seeks to present the challenges related to special education from the perspective of inclusive education, verifying how inclusion is occurring in the school routine. With an emphasis on research in the Multifunctional Resource Room, which represents a major challenge for mainstream schools. In carrying out this article, it was necessary to carry out a survey and study of the laws that guarantee Specialized Educational Assistance to ESA students. The main objective of this research is to investigate how the multifunctional resource room assists in the students' inclusion process, starting from my observations and practices in schools where I work, where I realized that educating is much more than transferring information, even more when we talk about resources for special students. One of the main objectives of inclusive education is to enable the individual to have an adequate interaction, besides just exchanging information taking into account the limitations of each student.
A fundamental issue in the school space is the inclusion of students in regular education, becoming one of the main discussions in the area of education. The education rights of special students are most often not being respected, as in addition to encountering difficulties in interacting with other colleagues and people who attend regular school, they do not yet have rooms with multifunctional resources and qualified teachers to assist in learning. , thus compromising its development.
