EDUCAÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA E O PROCESSO DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM: DESAFIOS E OPORTUNIDADES
Tendo em vista a importância da cultura empreendedora para o processo de desenvolvimento de uma sociedade, muito tem se discutido a respeito da Educação Empreendedora como uma forma de viabilizar práticas educativas que resultem em uma postura dos alunos mais reflexiva e criativa. Nesse sentido, objetivou-se refletir acerca da importância da Educação Empreendedora para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem no ambiente escolar. Por meio de revisão bibliográfica e exploratória, foram utilizados registros científicos disponíveis em bases de dados nacionais que fizessem referência à Educação Empreendedora na escola pública e sua relação com o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A partir das discussões apresentadas, é possível concluir que a inserção de disciplinas de empreendedorismo na educação básica tem um caráter inovador, resulta em transformações positivas para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem e também contribui para uma prática docente sintonizada com os desafios e oportunidades do presente e do futuro.

Abstract:
Bearing in mind the importance of the entrepreneurial culture for the development process of a society, a lot has been discussed about Entrepreneurship Education as a way of enabling educational practices that result in a more reflective and creative attitude of students. In this sense, the objective was to reflect on the importance of Entrepreneurial Education for the teaching-learning process in the school environment. Through a bibliographical and exploratory review, scientific records available in national databases that made reference to Entrepreneurial Education in public schools and its relationship with the teaching-learning process were used. From the discussions presented, it is possible to conclude that the inclusion of entrepreneurship disciplines in basic education has an innovative character, results in positive transformations for the teaching-learning process and also contributes to a teaching practice in tune with the challenges and opportunities of the present and the future.
