EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE PARA POPULAÇÃO RIBEIRINHA: A ENFERMAGEM COMO AUXILIO NO COMBATE A VERMINOSES
As práticas de educação em saúde realizadas pelos profissionais de saúde, enfatizam a prevenção e a promoção afim de se obter uma melhor qualidade de vida. Em pauta, as populações ribeirinhas vivem em um meio repleto de limitações e muitas famílias se encontram em situações de saúde precárias em decorrência da falta de saneamento básico adequado que contribuem para o índice de parasitoses. Objetivo: Relatar um estudo realizado em desenvolver medidas educacionais voltadas para a saúde da população ribeirinha no tratamento das verminoses. Materiais e métodos: Trata-se de um relato de experiência desenvolvido com clientes de uma unidade básica de saúde por meio de uma atividade realizada em parceria com agentes de saúde. Resultado e Discursão: Em termos de educação em saúde, a prevenção dessa patologia no meio ribeirinho pode ser colocada em prática com infraestrutura adequada de saneamento básico, higiene dos alimentos e água tratada e aquisição de bons hábitos saudáveis. Conclusão: Com isso, o enfermeiro realiza o papel educativo em saúde ao supervisionar, orientar, planejar e informar ações de saúde como a prevenção de doenças, auxiliando assim na melhoria em saúde e diminuição na incidência das parasitoses.

Abstract:
Health education practices carried out by health professionals emphasize prevention and promotion in order to obtain a better quality of life. On the agenda, the ribeirinha populations live in an environment full of limitations and many families find themselves in precarious health situations due to the lack of adequate basic sanitation that contribute to the rate of parasites. Objective: To report a study carried out to develop educational measures aimed at the health of the ribeirinha population in the treatment of worms. Materials and methods: This is an experience report developed with clients of a basic health unit through an activity carried out in partnership with health agents. Result and Discourse: In terms of health education, the prevention of this pathology in the ribeirinha environment can be put into practice with adequate infrastructure for basic sanitation, food hygiene and treated water and the acquisition of good healthy habits. Conclusion: With this, the nurse performs the educational role in health by supervising, guiding, planning and informing health actions such as disease prevention, thus helping to improve health and reduce the incidence of parasites.
