EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE NA PREVENÇÃO AO HIV E A AIDS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DE PROJETO INTEGRADOR EM UMA ESCOLA PÚBLICA DE PORTO VELHO
O HIV é uma das infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (IST’s) que se torna cada vez mais emergente no Brasil, levando em conta sua alta taxa de mortalidade e as mudanças de comportamento ocorridas na última década. Segundo pesquisas realizadas pela UNAIDS (2019), há uma queda no progresso global rumo as metas de resposta ao HIV até 2020, dado preocupante visto o aumento de 65% das novas infecções por HIV na América Latina, o que é um dado crescente. Tendo em vista que a prevenção é a melhor manobra para diminuição desses índices, a proposta para o projeto integrador (PI) do terceiro período do curso de enfermagem noturno, foi construída por um grupo de acadêmicos com a intenção de promover o conhecimento acerca do autocuidado para os adolescentes em suas relações sexuais, através da realização de uma ação em saúde de forma educativa sobre IST’s em uma escola pública do município de Porto Velho, Rondônia. Onde foi debatido sobre as formas de disseminação, transmissão, profilaxia, diagnóstico e tratamento do vírus HIV, informando aos alunos e educadores sobre a gravidade da AIDS e a importância da prevenção, tendo como base nos protocolos do Ministério da Saúde. Trata-se de um projeto de caráter descritivo do tipo relato de experiência que descreve a vivência dos acadêmicos após apresentação e o sucesso da palestra realizada para os alunos e professores do 2º e 3º ano do ensino médio noturno. Foram utilizadas metodologias ativas, nas quais, os alunos foram estimulados a buscar pelo ensino e aprendizagem por meio de dinâmicas e atividades lúdicas, como a exposição de peças anatômicas, o correto manuseio dos preservativos, entre outros. Os realizadores puderam contemplar o resultado positivo da experiência em Educação e Saúde, evidenciado pela participação de todos os alunos da escola e o posterior feedback dado pela direção.

Abstract:
HIV is one of the sexually transmitted infections (STIs) that is increasingly emerging in Brazil, taking into account its high mortality rate and the behavioral changes that have occurred in the last decade. According to surveys carried out by UNAIDS (2019), there is a drop in global progress towards the targets for HIV response by 2020, a worrying data given the 65% increase in new HIV infections in Latin America, which is an increasing figure. Bearing in mind that prevention is the best maneuver to reduce these rates, the proposal for the integrative project (IP) of the third period of the night nursing course was built by a group of academics with the intention of promoting knowledge about self-care for adolescents in their sexual relations, by carrying out an educational health action on STIs in a public school in the city of Porto Velho, Rondônia. Where it was debated on the forms of dissemination, transmission, prophylaxis, diagnosis and treatment of the HIV virus, informing students and educators about the severity of AIDS and the importance of prevention, based on the protocols of the Ministry of Health. a project of a descriptive character of the type of experience report that describes the students' experience after presentation and the success of the lecture given to students and teachers of the 2nd and 3rd year of high school at night. Active methodologies were used, in which students were encouraged to seek teaching and learning through dynamic and playful activities, such as the display of anatomical pieces, the correct handling of condoms, among others. The filmmakers were able to contemplate the positive result of the experience in Education and Health, evidenced by the participation of all students at the school and the subsequent feedback given by the direction.
