EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE – A TRAMA DE CONCEITOS NA SAÚDE E NA ENFERMAGEM
Trata-se de uma reflexão teórica que problematiza a educação em saúde na saúde e na enfermagem. A educação em saúde como estratégia para promoção a saúde tem sido objeto de estudos de muitos pesquisadores da saúde e da enfermagem. Objetivo: Refletir sobre as principais correntes teóricas na educação em saúde em seu contexto histórico social, relacionando-as à enfermagem em saúde e sua contemporaneidade. O método de trabalho adotou revisão narrativa da literatura referente à temática, bem como vivências dos autores sobre o tema. Resultados: Foram construídos três eixos temáticos de análise: Educação sanitária - higienista; Educação para a saúde na perspectiva biopsicossocial; Educação em saúde no contexto contemporâneo: A promoção da saúde. Conclusão: A enfermagem enquanto disciplina científica, arte e profissão tem função de mediação no campo da saúde e precisa fortalecer suas ações e pesquisas integradas entre educação e saúde, considerando a dimensão ética e axiologia da vida diante dos atuais contextos e das perspectivas futuras. As reflexões referentes à educação em saúde, voltadas para o cuidado complexo, ético e promotor da vida precisam caminhar em consonância com: as ciências humanas e sociais; as ciências da vida e as distintas tecnologias.

Abstract:
This is a theoretical reflection that problematizes health education in health and nursing. Health education as a strategy for health promotion has been the object of studies by many health and nursing researchers. Objective: This book chapter aimed to reflect on the main theoretical currents in health education in its social historical context, relating them to health nursing and its contemporaneity. The method adopted the narrative review of the literature regarding the theme and the authors' experiences on this subject. Three themes axes of analysis were constructed: Education for sanitary health - hygienist; Health education from a biopsychosocial perspective; Health education in the contemporary context – Health promotion. Nursing as a scientific discipline, art and profession has a mediation role in the field of health and needs to strengthen its actions and integrated research between education and health, considering the ethical dimension and axiology of life in the face of current contexts and future perspectives. Reflections on health education, aimed at complex, ethical and life-promoting care need to be in line with: the human and social sciences; life siences and different technologies.
