DOMINÓ DOS ALIMENTOS REGIONAIS: ATIVIDADE LÚDICO-PEDAGÓGICA COM CRIANÇAS EM UM HOSPITAL PÚBLICO DE BELÉM-PA.
A Educação Alimentar e Nutricional (EAN) é uma importante ferramenta para a promoção da saúde. A utilização de diversas abordagens educacionais e pedagógicas no âmbito da alimentação e Nutrição refletem que a prática de hábitos alimentares saudáveis desde a infância favorece o desenvolvimento físico e intelectual, reduzindo o desenvolvimento de deficiências nutricionais, promovendo saúde e bem estar. O presente artigo foi desenvolvido com o intuito de promover educação alimentar e nutricional (EAN) para crianças internadas em um hospital público de Belém-PA.

Abstract:
The consolidation of Food and Nutrition Education (EAN) as an important health promotion tool, occurs through the use of several educational and pedagogical approaches that provide a dialogue and a wide reflection related to food and nutrition (SANTOS, 2005). Increasingly showing that the practice of a balanced diet and healthy eating habits since childhood favor physical and intellectual development, reducing the development of nutritional deficiencies, promoting health (KROTH, 2018). Adequate consumption of fruits and vegetables in childhood is essential in the collaboration of adequate growth and health promotion, in order to avoid nutritional deficiencies, contributing to the prevention of various diseases. For this, in Brazil it is recommended to consume at least three different servings of fruits and vegetables daily, emphasizing the importance of diversifying them throughout the week, in order to offer different types of nutrients to those who consume (BRASIL, 2014 ). Through these benefits, it is important to emphasize nutritional education from childhood, so that eating habits and preferences are shaped according to the awareness of what is good for health, because what is taught to children, can be taken to adulthood and future health condition will also depend on the choices made in childhood (KROTH, 2018). This article was developed with the aim of promoting food and nutrition education (EAN) for children admitted to a public hospital in Belém-PA, through a playful and educational activity, students of the NutriAção project, of the Bachelor of Nutrition course from a private university, they produced the “Dominoes of Regional Food", with the intention of stimulating the consumption of fruits and vegetables, emphasizing regional products in order to develop in children a conscious, practical and accessible consumption to their realities.
