DISSEMINAÇÃO DO USO DA FERRAMENTA SEIS SIGMA EM UMA INDÚSTRIA METALÚRGICA NO PÓLO INDUSTRIAL DE MANAUS, AM
Conquistar a qualidade prevista em uma proposta não é uma tarefa simples. No gerenciamento de projetos é de grande importância entender as metodologias de controle e monitoramento que facilitem que um planejamento seja gerenciado com eficiência. Nesse contexto, o objetivo do estudo é avaliar a aplicação do programa Seis Sigma, além de realizar um estudo sobre a aplicação da ferramenta em uma linha de produção no processo de injeção, demonstrando a eficácia do quesito Qualidade. Abordou-se o controle da metodologia DMAIC em um estudo de caso em uma indústria, confirmando o fato de sua aplicabilidade. Como resultado atingido, enfatiza na contenção do tempo de setup na etapa introdutória do processo em 60%, e o fato de o total de defeitos ter sido quase zero, depois do sétimo mês, a contar da data de início do estudo. Com os bons resultados alcançados com a execução da metodologia Seis Sigma na empresa X, pretende-se, dar seguimento nos estudos, o aperfeiçoamento das demais falhas abordadas na etapa de reconhecimento de problemas após o brainstorming. Apresenta um projeto de inserção em plantas industriais aplicando as fases da ferramenta DMAIC (Definir, Medir, Analisar, Melhorar e Controlar) em uma indústria do Pólo Metalúrgico na cidade de Manaus - PIM.

Abstract:
Achieving the quality expected in a proposal is not a simple task. In project management it is of great importance to understand the control and monitoring methodologies that facilitate that a plan is managed efficiently. In this context, the objective of this study is to evaluate the application of the Six Sigma program, in addition to conducting a study on the application of the tool in a production line in the injection process, demonstrating the effectiveness of the Quality aspect. The control of the DMAIC methodology was addressed in a case study in an industry, confirming the fact of its applicability. As a result achieved, it emphasizes the containment of the setup time in the introductory stage of the process by 60%, and the fact that the total number of defects was almost zero, after the seventh month from the date the study began. With the good results achieved with the execution of the Six Sigma methodology at Company X, it is intended to continue the studies, improving the remaining flaws addressed in the problem recognition stage after brainstorming. It presents an insertion project in industrial plants applying the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) tool phases in an industry of the Metallurgical Pole in the city of Manaus - PIM.
