O tema Direitos Humanos tem ganhado centralidade na conjuntura política e nas lutas sociais. O presente artigo decorre de uma revisão bibliográfica que surgiu da necessidade de aprofundar o conhecimento do Serviço Social e sua relação com os Direitos Humanos. Debatemos a influência que os direitos humanos sofrem, no sistema vigente, e sua reverberação no Serviço Social.

The theme Human Rights has gained centrality in the political conjuncture and social struggles. This article stems from a bibliographical review that arose from the need to deepen the knowledge of Social Service and its relation with Human Rights. We discuss the influence that human rights suffer under the current system and its reverberation in Social Work.
