DIREITO DE LAJE: O ACESSO À MORADIA E A POSSÍVEL PERPETUAÇÃO DA SEGREGAÇÃO SÓCIO ESPACIAL.
O artigo analisa a implementação, pelo governo federal, do instituto do direito de laje como instrumento de política urbana de regularização fundiária e como meio de adequação do ordenamento jurídico à realidade social, com a manutenção dos sistemas social, econômico e territorial vigentes. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa bibliográfica denunciou a fragilidade das políticas públicas para moradia e o comportamento excludente das normas legais sob o argumento da implementação da função social da propriedade e do direito à moradia.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the implementation, by the federal government, of the slab law institute as an instrument of urban land regularization policy and as a means of adapting the legal system to social reality, with the maintenance of the current social, economic and territorial systems. In this sense, bibliographic research denounced the fragility of public housing policies and the exclusionary behavior of legal norms under the argument of the implementation of the social function of property and the right to housing.
