DIGITALIZAÇÃO DO QUITUTES MIRABAL EM PARCERIA COM O PROJETO E.LAS DA ENACTUS UFRGS DURANTE A PANDEMIA DE COVID-19
O presente relato tem como objetivo apresentar o trabalho realizado pelo projeto E.LAS na comunidade Casa de Referência Mulheres Mirabal na qual desenvolveu-se o alvo do projeto, o Quitutes Mirabal. Através desta parceria notou-se diversas lacunas sociais e tecnológicas na comunidade, que, em um primeiro momento, limitaram o desenvolvimento de iniciativas empreendedoras na comunidade. Ao longo do período de distanciamento social desenvolve-se metodologias que se mostraram adequadas para o prosseguimento das atividades remotas com as mulheres em vulnerabilidade social e assim pode-se trabalhar, também, a autonomia das quituteiras na gerência de produções associadas para datas comemorativas.

Abstract:
This report aims to present the work carried out by the E.LAS project in the community Casa de Referência Mulheres Mirabal in qualifying as the target of the project, Quitutes Mirabal. Through this partnership, several social and technological gaps in the community were noted, which, at one time, limited the development of entrepreneurial initiatives in the community. Throughout the period of social distancing, methodologies that are located for the continuation of remote activities are developed and thus it is possible to work, also, the autonomy of delicacies in the output of associated productions for commemorative data.
