DIFICULDADES ENFRENTADAS POR ENFERMEIROS DO SERVIÇO DE ATENDIMENTO MÓVEL DE URGÊNCIA
O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar as dificuldades enfrentadas por enfermeiros do atendimento móvel urgência. Trata-se de um estudo de Revisão Integrativa. Foram utilizados seis artigos compreendidos entre 2014 e 2020, retirados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde/BIREME (BVS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) e das Bases de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Sistema Online de Busca e Análise de Literatura Médica (MEDLINE) e Google Acadêmico. Os artigos foram classificados em duas categorias: “Dificuldades enfrentadas por enfermeiros do atendimento móvel de urgência” e “Fatores que influenciam na qualidade de vida do enfermeiro que trabalha no SAMU”. Evidenciou-se que os enfermeiros que atuam no SAMU sentem dificuldades relacionadas ao desconhecimento da população sobre a função do SAMU, à dados insuficientes sobre a real situação da vítima, ao local da ocorrência com endereço incorreto, à dificuldade no contato com a central para a liberação de ocorrências, à escassez de material, à falta de integração com outros serviços de saúde, à remoção de pacientes por outros serviços como o corpo de bombeiros e a polícia militar sem o aviso prévio ao SAMU, e às condições de trabalho, que incluem equipamentos, protocolos, ambiente apropriado com local de descanso e conforto, capacitação continuada, tecnologia que ofereça maiores informações sobre o atendimento e infraestrutura dos serviços. Espera-se que o referido estudo promova reflexões a respeito das dificuldades cotidianas vivenciadas pelos enfermeiros do SAMU e pelos gestores, com o intuito de melhorar as condições e o ambiente de trabalho, e que, consequentemente, reflita na melhoria da qualidade de vida, além de servir como base cientifica para outros estudos.

Abstract:
The objective of this research was to analyze the difficulties faced by nurses in emergency mobile care. This is an Integrative Review study. Six articles were used between 2014 and 2020, taken from the Virtual Health Library / BIREME (VHL), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and from the Nursing Databases (BDENF), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Sciences of the Health (LILACS), Online Medical Literature Search and Analysis System (MEDLINE) and Google Scholar. The articles were classified into two categories: "Difficulties faced by nurses in mobile emergency care" and "Factors that influence the quality of life of nurses who work at SAMU". It was evidenced that nurses who work at SAMU feel difficulties related to the population's lack of knowledge about the role of SAMU, to insufficient data on the real situation of the victim, to the location of the occurrence with an incorrect address, to the difficulty in contacting the central for the release of events, shortage of material, lack of integration with other health services, removal of patients by other services such as the fire department and the military police without prior notice to SAMU, and working conditions, which include equipment, protocols, an appropriate environment with a place of rest and comfort, continuous training, technology that offers more information about the service and infrastructure of the services. It is expected that the referred study promotes reflections about the daily difficulties experienced by SAMU nurses and managers, in order to improve conditions and the work environment, and that, consequently, reflects on improving the quality of life, in addition to to serve as a scientific basis for other studies.
