DIFICULDADES DE ACESSO DE CRIANÇAS À ASSISTÊNCIA FONOAUDIOLÓGICA: A PERSPECTIVA DE PROFISSIONAIS DE UMA REDE MUNICIPAL DE SAÚDE
Introdução: A fonoaudiologia ocupa um lugar que permite pensar as necessidades das crianças, incluindo os problemas mais gerais que as atingem, tais como as dificuldades de acesso à assistência em saúde. Objetivo: Identificar os fatores que contribuem para gerar dificuldades e impedimentos no acesso de crianças à assistência fonoaudiológica. Método: Recorte de uma dissertação de mestrado de abordagem metodológica qualitativa com orientação a analisar a formação de um grupo virtual que reúne fonoaudiólogos servidores públicos, tendo em vista o uso desta rede virtual pelos seus integrantes como estratégia para facilitação de acesso de pacientes aos serviços de saúde. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas presenciais e individuais com 14 participantes do grupo com base em um roteiro de perguntas de caráter semiestruturado. Resultados: O acesso de crianças à rede especializada foi apontado pela maioria dos entrevistados como difícil, considerando a entrada delas nos serviços de saúde e a continuidade nos tratamentos indicados. Foram mencionados fatores contribuintes para a promoção de lacunas na rede de atenção à saúde e 03 grupos de crianças se destacaram no enfrentamento de obstáculos para o acesso ao tratamento fonoaudiológico: (1) as crianças com transtornos específicos relacionados à linguagem oral e escrita (2) as crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (3) as crianças com condições crônicas complexas de saúde. Conclusão: A combinação entre os diferentes fatores apontados no estudo e a existência de grande demanda de crianças com necessidade de cuidados de longo prazo contribui para a formação de filas de espera nos serviços de fonoaudiologia e também para a peregrinação dessas crianças pelos diferentes pontos da rede de atenção à saúde.

Abstract:
Introduction: Speech Language hearing therapy occupies a place that allows thinking about the needs of children, including the more general problems that affect them, such as difficulties in access to health care. Objective: To identify the factors that contribute to generate difficulties and impediments in children's access to speech therapy care. Method: Part of the results of a master's dissertation with qualitative methodological approach that aims to analyze the formation of a virtual group that brings together speech therapists from the public sector, with a view to the use of this virtual network by its members as a strategy to facilitate access to health.To this end, face-to-face and individual interviews were carried out with 14 participants of the group, based on script of questions semi-structured. Results: The access of children to the specialized network was pointed out by most of the interviewees as difficult, considering their entry in health services and continuity in indicated treatments. Contributing factors for the promotion of gaps in the health care network and 03 specific groups of children that stand out in facing obstacles to the access to speech therapy were mentioned: (1) children with specific disorders related to oral and written language (2) children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and (3) children with complex chronic health conditions. Conclusion: The combination between the different factors pointed out in the study and the existence of a great demand of children in need of long-term care contributes to the formation of waiting lines in speech therapy services and to the pilgrimage of these children through different points of the health care network.
