DIETA CETOGÊNICA EVITANDO A PROLIFERAÇÃO DE CÉLULAS CANCERÍGENAS
O câncer é caracterizado por uma doença induzida por alterações genéticas, em que o há crescimento descontrolado das células, causando uma massa de tecido conhecida como tumor. Vários estudos relataram que as células cancerígenas optam pela via da glicólise. Portanto, esse trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a relação entre dieta cetogênica e menor proliferação das células cancerígenas. A metodologia do trabalho foi uma revisão de literatura, utilizadas as bases de dados SciELO, ScienceDirect e PubMed. Foram incluídos 11 trabalhos que se encaixaram ao tema proposto. Foi verificado que a dieta cetogênica demonstrou resultados significativos na nutrição de indivíduos de forma continua. Foram obtidos resultados significativos quanto a redução das células cancerígenas, sendo uma opção de tratamento auxiliar conjugado. Além disso, foi percebido também que o retardo da evolução tumoral depende do local de desenvolvimento e estágio patológico, o qual interferiu nos resultados.

Abstract:
a disease induced by genetic changes, in which there is uncontrolled growth of cells, characterizes Cancer causing a mass of tissue known as a tumor. Several studies have reported that cancer cells choose the glycolysis pathway. Therefore, this work aims to evaluate the relationship between ketogenic diet and less proliferation of cancer cells. The methodology of the work was a literature review, using the SciELO, ScienceDirect and PubMed databases. 11 works were included that fit the proposed theme. It was found that the ketogenic diet showed significant results in the nutrition of individuals on an ongoing basis. Significant results were obtained regarding the reduction of cancer cells, being an option of combined auxiliary treatment. In addition, it was also noticed that the delay in tumor evolution depends on the site of development and the pathological stage, which interfered with the results.
