DIAGNÓSTICOS DE ENFERMAGEM PREVALENTES NO CUIDADO A MULHER HOSPITALIZADA EM UNIDADE DE GINECOLOGIA E/OU OBSTETRÍCIA: Revisão de Literatura brasileira
O diagnóstico de enfermagem compõe o Processo de Enfermagem (PE), esse permite a sistematização do cuidado em enfermagem propiciando uma integração entre todos, cliente, família, comunidade e equipe de saúde. Com objetivo de identificar os diagnósticos prevalentes no cuidado à mulher hospitalizada, foi feito um estudo de revisão bibliográfica realizada em quatro etapas sequenciais: 1) Busca da literatura; 2) Coleta de dados; 3) Análise crítica dos estudos incluídos; e 4) Discussão dos Resultados. Coleta de dados realizada na base de dados eletrônico: Google Acadêmico, com os descritores “diagnósticos enfermagem obstetrícia”, “diagnósticos enfermagem ginecológica” e “saúde da mulher diagnóstico de enfermagem”, em julho de 2019. A amostra foi constituída por 6 artigos. Constatou-se que os diagnósticos de enfermagem prevalentes são risco de infecção, dor, ansiedade, integridade da pele prejudicada e conforto prejudicado. O levantamento de diagnósticos assim como todas as outras etapas do processo de enfermagem, permite que o cuidado seja fundamentado pela ciência e possa ser implementado a partir das necessidades do indivíduo, da mulher no caso, de forma integral e resolutivo.

Abstract:
The nursing diagnosis is part of the Nursing Process (NP), which allows the systematization of nursing care providing an integration between everyone, client, family, community and health team. In order to identify the prevalent diagnoses in the care of hospitalized women, the study was carried out using a bibliographic review methodology carried out in four sequential steps: 1) Search of the literature; 2) Data collection; 3) Critical analysis of the included studies; and 4) Discussion of Results. Data collection performed in the electronic database: Google Scholar, with the descriptors "obstetric nursing diagnoses", "gynecological nursing diagnoses" and "nursing diagnosis women's health", in July 2019. The sample consisted of 6 articles. It was found that the prevalent nursing diagnoses are risk of infection, pain, anxiety, impaired skin integrity and impaired comfort. The survey of diagnoses, as well as all other stages of the nursing process, allows care to be based on science and can be implemented based on the needs of the individual, the woman in the case, in an integral and resolutive way.
