DIAGNÓSTICO DOS MICROSSISTEMAS DE ENERGIA SOLAR FOTOVOLTAICO INSTALADOS NAS COMUNIDADES RURAIS DO MUNICÍPIO DE SANTARÉM
Este trabalho objetivou o levantamento dos microssistemas de energia solar fotovoltaica instalados nas comunidades rurais de Santarém, de modo particular nos centros comunitários, bem como avaliação das condições de funcionamento dos microssistemas e identificar os principais problemas existentes. Muitas dessas comunidades, por conta de seu isolamento geográfico, encontram-se, também, isoladas do ponto de vista do abastecimento elétrico e, consequentemente, estão desprovidas de todos os benefícios que se pode ter através da utilização de energia elétrica, desde o simples acesso aos principais meios de comunicação, passando pela precariedade da educação, até mesmo à falta das mínimas condições de moradia necessárias a todo cidadão. Em algumas destas comunidades, foram instaldos nos últimos anos microssitemas de energia solar fotovoltaica para atender, principalmente, às necessidades das escolas e postos de saúde. Muitos dos microssistemas foram instalados de maneira inapropriada e os responsáveis pelos microssistemas na comunidade não receberam o treinamento necessário para identificar as falhas nos equipamentos, ocasionando a paralisação dos microssistemas e um funcionamento ineficiente. Diante disso, a ausência de manutenção foi a principal falha diagnosticada nos sistemas. Outro problema excessivo, foi o armazenamento e dimensionamento incorreto dos componentes do sistema, destacando-se a alta falta de atenção ao banco de baterias. Por fim, inúmeras falhas humanas , dentre elas destaca-se o uso indevido do sistema através do uso excessivo de energias com cargas acima das previstas no dimensionamento e furto de componentes de armazenamento e de controle e condicionamento de potências essenciais ao funcionamento do sistema.

Abstract:
This study aimed to survey the photovoltaic solar energy microsystems installed in the rural communities of Santarém, particularly in the community centers, as well as to evaluate the operating conditions of the microsystems and identify the main existing problems. Many of these communities, because of their geographical isolation, are also isolated from the point of view of electricity supply and, consequently, are deprived of all the benefits that can be obtained through the use of electricity, from simple access. the main means of communication, including the precariousness of education, even the lack of minimum living conditions necessary for every citizen. In some of these communities, solar photovoltaic microsystems have been installed in recent years to meet mainly the needs of schools and health posts. Many of the microsystems were improperly installed and those responsible for the microsystems in the community did not receive the necessary training to identify equipment failures, causing the microsystems to stop and inefficient operation. Given this, the lack of maintenance was the main failure diagnosed in the systems. Another excessive problem was the incorrect storage and sizing of the system components, highlighting the high lack of attention to the battery bank. Finally, numerous human failures, including the misuse of the system through the excessive use of energies with loads higher than expected in the design and theft of storage components and control and conditioning of power essential to the system operation.
