DIAGNOSTICO CLÍNICO LABORATORIAL DO PACIENTE PORTADOR DE ÚLCERA VENOSA E O PAPEL DA ENFERMAGEM
Estudo de revisão cujo objetivo é analisar o diagnóstico clínico laboral do paciente portador de úlcera venosa e o papel da enfermagem, no período de 2002 a 2017. Para o levantamento de artigos foram consultados periódicos de enfermagem indexados nos sistemas Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, LILACS e SCIELO. Foram encontrados 15 artigos em sete periódicos nacionais e internacionais. Foi verificado que a produção científica versa sobre diversos aspectos, havendo necessidade de estudos acerca das questões humanísticas. Concluiu-se que a enfermagem atua na prevenção e na avaliação do diagnóstico e do risco em pacientes com insuficiência venosa, fornecendo apoio educacional e mental aos pacientes no manejo de seus cuidados e que o cuidado úlcera venosa é expresso em alguns aspectos na pesquisa de enfermagem, mas o assunto ainda é pouco pesquisado e existem poucas pesquisas qualitativas que abordam esse conteúdo.

Abstract:
Review study whose objective is to analyze the clinical diagnosis of labor of the patient with venous ulcer and the role of nursing in the period from 2002 to 2017. For the survey of articles were consulted nursing journals indexed in the systems Virtual Health Library, LILACS and SCIELO. 15 articles were found in seven national and international journals. It was verified that the scientific production versa on various aspects, there is a need for studies on the humanistic issues. It was concluded that the nurse acts in the prevention and in the evaluation of the diagnosis and risk in patients with venous insufficiency, providing educational support and mental patients in the management of their care and that care venous ulcer is expressed in some aspects in nursing research, but the matter is still poorly researched and there are few qualitative studies that address this contente
