DESIGN SPRINT APLICADO AO ESTUDO CRÍTICO DE CLAIM COSMÉTICO
O case apresentado foi realizado na disciplina de Projeto de desenvolvimento de produtos cosméticos II do curso superior de tecnologia em Cosméticos da Fatec Diadema com objetivo de atender ao apelo específico de formulações cosméticas, a partir da análise dos componentes da formulação, suas concentrações, e a proposição das correções necessárias. Ao final do design sprint, foram aperfeiçoadas as seguintes competências: trabalho em equipe, comunicação, liderança, desenvolvimento de ideias, reflexão e tomada de decisões. A metodologia utilizada foi criada para resolver questões críticas por meio de protótipos e testes de ideias em cinco dias. As resoluções foram realizadas em nove etapas divididas em encontros presenciais e atividades à distância. Cada um dos cinco grupos recebeu uma formulação. Os grupos trabalharam em círculos e utilizaram as paredes da sala de aula para desenvolverem as etapas de análise e tomadas de decisão; os protótipos foram feitos no laboratório de Desenvolvimento. Os protótipos foram avaliados quanto à formulação e testados pelos alunos e professores. Os grupos fizeram apresentação oral das etapas do desenvolvimento e os alunos responderam um formulário de autoavaliação e avaliação da metodologia. Foram desenvolvidos oito protótipos que atenderam os apelos propostos.

Abstract:
The case presented was carried out in the discipline of Cosmetic Product Development Project II at Fatec Diadema's Cosmetics Technology College with the objective of meeting the specific claim of cosmetic formulations, based on the analysis of the formulation components, their concentrations, and the proposition of the necessary corrections. At the end of the sprint design, the following skills were perfected: teamwork, communication, leadership, idea development, reflection and decision making. The methodology used was created to solve critical issues through prototypes and tests of ideas in five days. The resolutions were carried out in nine stages divided into face-to-face meetings and distance activities. Each of the five groups received a formulation. The groups worked in circles and used the classroom walls to develop the steps of analysis and decision making; prototypes were made in the Development lab. The prototypes were evaluated for formulation and tested by students and teachers. The groups made an oral presentation of the stages of development and the students answered a self-assessment and evaluation form for the methodology. Eight prototypes were developed that met the proposed appeals.
