DESENVOLVIMENTO RURAL SUSTENTÁVEL: UMA ANALISE SOB A PERSECTIVA DO RISCO.
O presente artigo analisou o risco de Ulrich Beck no processo de desenvolvimento rural sustentável. De início, a pesquisa abordou a relação entre o processo de globalização e o desenvolvimento. Na sequência, tratou da análise do risco sob a ótica de Ulrich Beck, correlacionado este como vínculo no processo de desenvolvimento. A escolha do tema justificou-se diante da necessidade de analisar o risco no processo de desenvolvimento, levando em conta sua existência e reflexos no âmbito de uma sociedade moderna e reflexiva. Na abordagem metodológica, utilizou-se o método dialético e dedutivo, envolvendo, ainda, pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e explicativa. Observa-se que o desenvolvimento não está ligado exclusivamente à ideia de acúmulo de capital, no qual o impulso é dado pelo progresso tecnológico, devendo levar em conta o contexto social, cultural e sustentável, fato este se encontra vinculado ao risco, fator diretamente ligado ao desenvolvimento. Posto isto, conclui-se que o risco está ligado a modernidade, não havendo como desvencilhar-se de tal fator, sendo necessário analisar o risco não como algo ruim, e sim como propulsor do desenvolvimento equilibrado.

Abstract:
The present article analyzes the risk of Ulrich Beck in the process of globalized development. At first, the research addresses the relationship between the process of globalization and development. In the sequence, it deals with the analysis of the risk from the perspective of Ulrich Beck, correlated this as a link in the process of globalized development. The choice of theme is justified by the need to analyze risk in the globalized process of development, taking into account its existence and reflections within a modern and reflexive society. It should be noted that development is not exclusively linked to the idea of capital accumulation, in which the impulse is given by technological progress, taking into account the social, cultural and sustainable context, a fact that is linked to risk, a factor directly linked to development. The objective is to present an analysis of risk in the globalized development process, and its reflection on the path to the effectiveness of the right to sustainable development. Having said this, it is concluded that risk is linked to modernity, and there is no way to get rid of this factor, and it is necessary to analyze risk not as a bad thing, but as a propeller of balanced development. In the methodological approach, the dialectical and deductive method was used, also involving qualitative, descriptive and explanatory research.
