DESENVOLVIMENTO DE APLICATIVO SOBRE HIV/AIDS: EXPERIÊNCIA DE ACADÊMICOS DE ENFERMAGEM
RESUMO: Introdução: A infecção pelo HIV ainda é bem prevalente no Brasil, segundo dados do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (Sinan), por ser um retrovírus que causa a Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida. Os benefícios serão alcançados apenas pela adesão ao tratamento e a criação do aplicativo auxilia nesse ponto de uma forma eficaz, resultando em uma carga viral baixa e os linfócitos CD4 altos, melhorando a qualidade de vida do paciente portador de HIV/Aids. Objetivo(s): Melhorar a adesão ao tratamento antirretroviral e elevar a qualidade de vida das pessoas que vivem com HIV/AIDS. Descrição do caso: O desenvolvimento do aplicativo intitulado “Ipositivo”, vem com a proposta de facilitar a rotina de pacientes que fazem uso de polifarmácia, com alarme referente ao horário adequado de cada medicação e datas das consultas médicas e calendário de vacinação com os intervalos das doses. Além disso, conta com umas informações simplificadas sobre o escore de TCD4, que ajuda a compreender e ter um controle sobre seu estado de saúde. Considerações finais: Espera-se que com o auxílio do aplicativo “Ipositivo” os portadores melhorem o nível de adesão à terapia antirretroviral, e consequentemente ajudem a manter a carga viral indetectável e o linfócito TCD4 em parâmetro seguro. A construção do aplicativo foi bastante enriquecedora, pela oportunidade de conhecer novas ferramentas, e principalmente por em prática a promoção da saúde através da tecnologia.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Introduction: HIV infection is still very prevalent in Brazil, according to data from the Notifiable Diseases Information System (Sinan), as it is a retrovirus that causes the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. The benefits will only be achieved by adherence to treatment and the creation of the application helps at this point in an effective way, resulting in a low viral load and high CD4 lymphocytes, improving the quality of life of patients with HIV/AIDS. Objective(s): Improve adherence to antiretroviral treatment and raise the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS. Case description: The development of the application entitled "Ipositive", comes with the proposal to facilitate the routine of patients who use polypharmacy, with an alarm regarding the appropriate time for each medication and dates of medical appointments and vaccination calendar with intervals of the doses. In addition, it has simplified information about the TCD4 score, which helps you to understand and have control over your health status. Final considerations: It is expected that with the help of the “IPositive” application, patients will improve their level of adherence to antiretroviral therapy, and consequently help to maintain an undetectable viral load and TCD4 lymphocytes in a safe parameter. The construction of the application was very enriching, due to the opportunity to learn about new tools, and mainly to put into practice the promotion of health through technology.
