DESENVOLVIMENTO DA ESCOLA: A IMPORTÂNCIA DO TREINAMENTO E SEUS DESAFIOS VOLTADO AOS COLABORADORES E ALUNOS DE UMA ESCOLA MUNICIAL EM ARACAJU – SE

O desenvolvimento institucional das escolas públicas demanda, cada vez mais, investimentos estratégicos na formação contínua de seus colaboradores e no fortalecimento do vínculo com os alunos. Em um cenário marcado por constantes mudanças sociais, culturais e tecnológicas, o treinamento dos profissionais da educação torna-se elemento fundamental para garantir a qualidade do ensino e o bom funcionamento da escola. Apesar da crescente valorização da formação continuada na educação, muitas escolas públicas ainda enfrentam dificuldades em implementar treinamentos eficazes e alinhados às reais demandas do corpo docente e discente. Desta forma, este estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar a importância do treinamento dos colaboradores e seus desafios no contexto de uma escola municipal em Aracaju – SE. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio da aplicação de um questionário estruturado com perguntas de múltipla escolha, voltado aos professores. A maioria dos docentes investigados reconhece a relevância dos treinamentos oferecidos pela escola e percebe impactos positivos em sua atuação profissional. Contudo, também foram identificadas lacunas, especialmente em relação à frequência das formações e à abrangência temática, o que aponta para a necessidade de um planejamento mais sistemático e alinhado às reais demandas do corpo docente. Conclui-se que, investir em formação continuada de qualidade, com escuta ativa dos educadores e estratégias que promovam diálogo, prática e reflexão, é essencial para o fortalecimento da educação básica. As escolas devem criar uma cultura de aprendizagem contínua, em que o treinamento seja compreendido como um processo estratégico e integrado à realidade escolar.

  • Abstract: The institutional development of public schools increasingly demands strategic investments in the ongoing training of its employees and in strengthening the bond with students. In a scenario marked by constant social, cultural and technological changes, the training of education professionals becomes a fundamental element to guarantee the quality of teaching and the proper functioning of the school. Despite the growing appreciation of ongoing training in education, many public schools still face difficulties in implementing effective training aligned with the real demands of the teaching staff and students. Thus, this study has the general objective of analyzing the importance of employee training and its challenges in the context of a municipal school in Aracaju – SE. Data collection was carried out by applying a structured questionnaire with multiple-choice questions, aimed at teachers. Most of the teachers surveyed recognize the relevance of the training offered by the school and perceive positive impacts on their professional performance. However, gaps were also identified, especially in relation to the frequency of training and thematic scope, which points to the need for more systematic planning aligned with the real demands of the teaching staff. It is concluded that investing in quality continuing education, with active listening of educators and strategies that promote dialogue, practice and reflection, is essential for strengthening basic education. Schools must create a culture of continuous learning, in which training is understood as a strategic process and integrated into the school reality.
