DESEMPENHO DO ENFERMEIRO FRENTE AO LUTO EM TEMPOS DE COVID-19
RESUMO: Objetivo: Analisar, através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, o suporte ofertado aos pacientes e familiares diante do processo de morte e morrer na atenção hospitalar durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Metodologia: Utilizou-se as seguintes bases de dados: LILACS, MedLine, BDENF, PlubMed e Acervo+ Index Base. Revisão bibliográfica: Devido às barreiras impostas pelo agravamento da pandemia, torna-se indiscutível o apelo por suporte aos familiares enlutados por meio de uma escuta compreensiva e amparada, providenciando dados concretos sobre o desfecho do estado de saúde do paciente. Considerações finais: Este estudo fornece uma compreensão abrangente do quanto os familiares de pacientes internados com Covid-19 estão expostos a múltiplas fontes de sofrimento. Inclui não apenas a perda de amigos, colegas e membros da família, mas também o medo de possíveis perdas na sociabilidade, a contaminação pelo vírus, a comunicação empobrecida com familiares dos doentes. Os enfermeiros assistenciais das instituições de saúde, mesmo em meio às medidas de segurança necessárias para reduzir a propagação da doença, fazem o possível para ofertar algum suporte que é tão essencial aos familiares dos pacientes internados durante a pandemia, amenizando de certa forma a exacerbação que impacta no grande sofrimento psicológico envolvido principalmente frente ao luto de seu ente querido hospitalizado.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Objective: To analyze through an integrative review of the literature on the support offered to patients and family members in the process of death and dying, in hospital care during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: The following databases were used: LILACS, MedLine, BDENF, PlubMed and Acervo+ Index Base. Bibliographic review: Due to the barriers imposed by the worsening of the Covid-19 pandemic, the appeal for support to bereaved family members through a comprehensive and supported listening becomes undeniable, providing concrete data on the outcome of the patient's health status. Final considerations: This study provides a comprehensive understanding of how much family members of hospitalized patients with Covid-19 are exposed to multiple sources of suffering. It includes not only the loss of friends, colleagues and family members, but also the fear of possible losses in sociability, contamination by the virus, and poor communication with relatives of the sick. The assistance nurses of health institutions, even in the midst of the necessary safety measures to reduce the spread of the disease, do their best to offer some support that is so essential to the family members of hospitalized patients during the Covid-19 pandemic, mitigating in a certain way it forms the exacerbation that impacts the great psychological suffering involved mainly in the face of the bereavement of their hospitalized loved one.
