DESAFIOS E PERSPECTIVAS DE UMA LIGA ACADÊMICA DE PSIQUIATRIA NO CONTEXTO PANDÊMICO: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Objetivo: relatar a experiência de acadêmicos do curso de medicina componentes da gestão de uma liga de psiquiatria quanto às perspectivas de educação médica em meio à pandemia e o ensino virtual. Método: trata-se de um relato de experiência baseado na experiência gerada por acadêmicos de medicina quanto à educação médica em meio ao ensino virtual durante a pandemia. Resultados: houve uma abrupta necessidade de adaptação dos acadêmicos devido à transição gerada entre o ensino tradicional e a nova realidade virtual, tendo como fruto a viabilidade de novas perspectivas de educação médica. Considerações finais: a pandemia, invariavelmente, trouxe consigo uma necessidade abrupta de transição dos métodos de ensino clássicos presenciais em direção ao mundo digital, o que acarretou na quebra da interação interpessoal e estabeleceu desafios na educação médica, mas, ao mesmo tempo, serviu como propulsão à geração de inovações do método ensino-aprendizagem.

Abstract:
Objective: to report the experience of medical students who are part of the management of a psychiatric league regarding the prospects of medical education in the midst of the pandemic and virtual teaching. Method: this is an experience report based on the experience generated by medical students regarding medical education in the midst of virtual teaching during the pandemic. Results: there was an abrupt need for adaptation of the students due to the transition between traditional teaching and the new virtual reality, resulting in the viability of new perspectives of medical education. Final considerations: the pandemic, invariably, brought with it an abrupt need for transition from classic face- to-face teaching methods to the digital world, which resulted in the breakdown of interpersonal interaction and established challenges in medical education, but, at the same time, served as propulsion for the generation of innovations in the teaching-learning method.
