DESAFIOS DO ENSINO PRESENCIAL EM ÉPOCA DE PANDEMIA: UMA ANÁLISE A PARTIR DAS PERSPECTIVA DOS ALUNOS DE UM CURSO SUPERIOR PRESENCIAL
Este estudo pretende analisar e apresentar os dados obtidos através de pesquisa por meio de método quali-quantitativo, os impactos identificados e relatados pelos alunos de um curso presencial de bacharelado em Administração, da cidade de Curitiba, estado do Paraná, acerca da mudança para o formato de aula proposto pela instituição, as chamadas aulas online ou remotas. Os cursos presenciais das IES foram interrompidos por determinação Ministério da Educação e Cultura (MEC), por meio da portaria nº 343/2020, ao mesmo tempo que autoriza a substituição das aulas presenciais por aulas que se utilizem de ferramentas baseadas nas tecnologias de informação e comunicação. Assim, esta pesquisa pretende saber dos discentes do citado curso a visão deles sobre aspectos fundamentais das aulas remotas, a fim de obter as conclusões descritas neste estudo. São apresentadas a compilação dos dados coletados, de forma estatística. Ao final, são relatadas as conclusões do estudo, bem como as implicações que a COVID-19 pode delegar aos processos de ensino-aprendizagem no contexto do ensino superior. Para isso, foi elaborada uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa com os discentes, num total de 43 alunos.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze and present the data obtained through research using a quali-quantitative method, the impacts identified and reported by students of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in the city of Curitiba, state of Paraná, about the change to the class format proposed by the institution, the so-called online or remote classes. The face-to-face courses of the IES were interrupted by determination of the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC), through the ordinance nº 343/2020, at the same time that it authorizes the substitution of the face-to-face classes by classes that use tools based on information and communication technologies. Thus, this research intends to know from the students of the mentioned course their vision about fundamental aspects of remote classes, in order to obtain the conclusions described in this study. The compilation of the collected data is presented, in a statistical way. At the end, the conclusions of the study are reported, as well as the implications that OVID-19 can delegate to the teaching-learning processes in the context of higher education. For this purpose, a quali-quantitative research was elaborated with the students, in a total of 43 students.
