DESAFIOS DAS LIDERANÇAS DE ENFERMAGEM EM TEMPOS DE COVID-19
RESUMO: Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre a importância dos líderes de Enfermagem durante a pandemia de Covid-19 e o apoio e empatia sob seus liderados. Método: Estudo reflexivo com enfoque teórico, pautado em publicações nacionais e internacionais. A busca dos estudos foi realizada entre fevereiro e março de 2022 nas bases de dados Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed e Web of Science a partir dos descritores: “liderança”, “Enfermagem” e “Covid-19”. Os descritores foram combinados com uso do operador booleano and. Os critérios de inclusão foram: ano da publicação (2020 a 2022) e acesso ao texto completo. Encontramos 46 publicações que, após leitura e análise, foram selecionadas por critérios de elegibilidade uma amostra de 12 artigos. Resultados e discussões: A Covid-19 fez emergir o aumento das demandas por líderes de Enfermagem que se disponham a advogar por sua equipe, alinhados sobre a mútua confiança entre a equipe de Enfermagem da linha de frente, embasados em uma comunicação reiterada assegurando a existência de vias de mão-dupla estruturadas para a equipe ter consciência da necessidade da continuidade do trabalho relacionadas às implicações da Covid-19, minimizando a exposição ao vírus. Essa aliança efetiva de comunicação e da construção do cuidado não deve ser subestimada e sim, muito valorizada. Considerações finais: A liderança de Enfermagem deve estar atenta para gerenciar, supervisionar e transmitir o conhecimento absorvido com a nova situação pandêmica. A reestruturação dos serviços de Enfermagem mostrou-se desafiadora. Os líderes vêm se mostrando proativos, alicerçados nos conhecimentos vistos nas últimas diretrizes. Possivelmente, a atenção à saúde precisará ser repensada para atender as antigas e as novas demandas que ainda surgirão.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Objective: To carry out a literature review on the importance of nursing leaders during the Covid-19 pandemic and the support and empathy of those they lead. Method: Reflective study with a theoretical focus, based on national and international publications, The search for studies was carried out between February and March 2022 in the Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed and Web of Science databases from the descriptors: “leadership”, “Nursing”, “Covid-19”. The descriptors were combined using the Boolean operator “and”. Results and Discussions: Covid-19 has given rise to increased demands for nursing leaders, who are willing to advocate for their team aligned on the mutual trust between the frontline nursing team based on a reiterated communication ensuring the existence of structured two-way streets, so that the team can be aware of the need for continuity of work related to the implications of Covid-19, minimizing exposure to the virus. This effective alliance of communication and care construction should not be underestimated, but highly valued. Final considerations: Nursing leadership must be attentive to manage, supervise and transmit the knowledge absorbed with the new pandemic situation. The restructuring of nursing services proved to be challenging. Nursing leaders have shown to be proactive based on the knowledge seen in the latest guidelines. Possibly, health care will need to be rethought to meet the old and new demands that will still arise.
