DEPRESSÃO PÓS-PARTO E SEUS DIAGNÓSTICOS DIFERENCIAIS: UMA REVISÃ0 BIBLIOGRÁFICA
OBJETIVO: Objetiva-se nesta revisão, reunir conhecimentos e realizar uma atualização a respeito dos Transtornos Psíquicos no período pós-parto. Serão analisados e caracterizados os principais diagnósticos diferenciais nesse período. REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA: O pós-parto é um período de muitas mudanças físicas, hormonais e psicossociais para as puérperas, tornando-as vulneráveis ao aparecimento ou agravamento de doenças. Dentre elas, os principais Distúrbios Psíquicos Puerperais que possuem elevada prevalência nesse momento da vida da mulher são: Disforia do pós-parto, Depressão Pós-parto e Psicose Puerperal. Tais psicoses expõem as fragilidades maternas já pré-existentes, agravam as objeções de uma boa relação mãe-filho, e levam as puérperas à quadros clínicos severos psíquicos. Portanto, é essencial o conhecimento e entendimento acerca do tema para que haja a detecção precoce dessas doenças e das mulheres mais propensas a desenvolvê-las. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: Entende-se, portanto, que o estudo acerca dos sinais e sintomas dos Transtornos Psíquicos puerperais, além de diagnóstico precoce, também é uma forma de reduzir seus danos no binômio mãe-filho.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: Objective in this review, gather knowledge and perform an update on the Psychic Disorder during the postpartum period. They will be analyzed and characterized the main differential diagnosis in this period. BIBLIOGRAFIC REVIEW: The postpartum is a period of many physical changes, hormones and psychossocial for the puerperas, making them vulnerable to appearance or aggravating disease. Among them, the main Puerperal Psychic Disturbs that have high prevalence at this time of woman's life are the dysphoria of postpartum, postpartum depression and Puerperal Psycho and Psycho Puerperal Psycho. Such psychosis exposes the pre-existing maternal frailties, aggravated the objections of a good mother-son relationship, and they bring the puerperas to severe psychic paintings. Therefore, it is essential the knowledge and understanding of the theme so that there is the premature detection of these diseases and the most prone to develop them. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: It is understandable, therefore that the study of signs and symptoms of the Puerperal Psychic Disorder, also a way to reduce its damage to mother-son binomium.
