DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO ACESSO AO ENSINO SUPERIOR E DIREITO À EDUCAÇÃO EM TESES DE DOUTORADO
A educação superior brasileira passou por intenso processo de reconfiguração que implicou a diversificação de formatos e modalidades das Instituições, que passaram a incorporar um público mais diferenciado socialmente, como resultado da política de cotas em universidades públicas e o Prouni e o FIES, no setor privado. O texto apresenta resultados parciais de uma metapesquisa em que são analisadas as características epistemológicas de 30 teses defendidas na área da Educação sobre o assunto. Ampara-se no conceito de direito à educação e na literatura de políticas públicas e política educacional. Os primeiros resultados sistematizam as temáticas e perspectivas teóricas apresentadas

Abstract:
Brazilian higher education went through an intense process of reconfiguration that implied the diversification of formats and modalities of the Institutions, which started to incorporate a more socially differentiated public, as a result of the quota policy in public universities and Prouni and FIES, in the private sector. The text presents partial results of a meta-research in which the epistemological characteristics of 30 doctoral dissertations of the Education area on the subject are analyzed. It is supported by the concept of the right to education and the literature on public policies and educational policy. The first results systematize the themes and theoretical perspectives presented.
