Cultura de segurança entre profissionais de hospitais: revisão sistemática
A avaliação da cultura de segurança da organização permite obter uma visão clara dos aspectos e dimensões da segurança do paciente que requerem maior atenção. O estudo tem o objetivo de apresentar o protocolo de revisão sistemática desenhado para analisar o nível da cultura de segurança em ambiente hospitalar. O relato desta revisão sistemática cumprirá com o Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses PRISMA Checklist. O protocolo da revisão sistemática será submetido para registro no International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO). A revisão sistemática cumprirá criteriosamente seis etapas: seleção de questão norteadora; definição das características das pesquisas primárias da amostra; seleção das pesquisas que compuseram a amostra da revisão; análise dos achados dos artigos incluídos na revisão; interpretação dos resultados e relato da revisão, o que proporcionará um exame crítico dos achados. Para análise dos estudos selecionados, será utilizada a pergunta norteadora da pesquisa: “Qual o nível da cultura de segurança no ambiente hospitalar?”. Será realizada uma pesquisa nas bases de dados eletrônicas MEDLINE, BVS, CINAHL, Biblioteca Cochrane e Web of Science. A estratégia de pesquisa combinará termos de indexação e os descritores “Safety Management”, “Safety Culture” e “Patient Safety”. Serão incluídos estudos publicados no período de 2012 a 2022, sem restrição de idioma. Serão adotados os seguintes critérios de inclusão: estudos observacionais e experimentais; estudos realizados no período de 2012 a 2023; estudos que mensuraram a cultura de segurança em ambiente hospitalar através de instrumentos validados. Os critérios de exclusão são: artigos duplicados; revisão narrativa ou sistemática e meta-análise; relatos de casos; série de casos e estudos experimentais envolvendo animais. Dois revisores extrairão dados dos estudos selecionados independentemente. A medição da cultura de segurança permite que os líderes implementem estratégias direcionadas para melhorar dimensões específicas da cultura de segurança.

Abstract:
The assessment of the safety culture of the organization allows obtaining a clear view of the aspects and dimensions of patient safety that require more attention. The study aims to present the systematic review protocol designed to analyze the level of safety culture in a hospital setting. The reporting of this systematic review will comply with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses PRISMA Checklist. The systematic review protocol will be submitted for registration in the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO). The systematic review will carefully follow six steps: selection of guiding question; definition of the characteristics of the primary research sample; selection of the research sample; analysis of the findings of the articles included in the review; interpretation of results; and reporting of the review, which will provide a critical examination of the findings. For analysis of the selected studies, the guiding research question, "What is the level of safety culture in the hospital environment?" will be used. A search of MEDLINE, VHL, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science electronic databases will be conducted. The search strategy will combine index terms and the descriptors "Safety Management," "Safety Culture," and "Patient Safety." Studies published from 2012 to 2022 will be included, with no language restriction. The following inclusion criteria will be adopted: observational and experimental studies; studies conducted in the period from 2012 to 2023; studies that measured safety culture in the hospital environment through validated instruments. Exclusion criteria are: duplicate articles; narrative or systematic review and meta-analysis; case reports; case series and experimental studies involving animals. Two reviewers will extract data from the selected studies independently. Safety culture measurement allows leaders to implement targeted strategies to improve specific dimensions of safety culture.
